Global SITREP A30-13: A Nuclear Iran

26 September 2013: It appears that the worst fears of many regarding a nuclear-armed Islamic Republic of Iran may well be realized, and we have a DEBKAfile article published yesterday and the Ayatollah Khamenei and IRGC-linked Kayhan newspaper published in Tehran this morning to thank for the confirmation of those fears.

Yesterday DEBKAfile published an article in which it reported that President Obama has been in direct secret negotiations (led by SECSTATE John Kerry) with Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and his newly elected sock-puppet president Hassan Rouhani. The core issue in the DEBKAfile report on the secret deal is that Obama has caved-in and accepted Iranian nuclear enrichment capability at 20% as well as all of the stocks of fissionable uranium possessed by Iran. Additional details are at the link.

In exchange for Obama's epic proportion cave-in Iran will agree to limit the number of enrichment centrifuges operating at its Natanz facility. The number of advanced IR2 and IR1 centrifuges Iran will be limited to is unknown. There is no mention of the many other Iranian enrichment facilities known to be in operation. Also completely absent are any undeclared sites involved in the Iranian nuclear weapons program, or what penalties might be incurred should Iran secretly execute the short hop from 20% to a weapons grade level enrichment of uranium. This sounds like a trust but verify secret deal with the IAEA in full control of the verify portion.

This morning the Kayhan newspaper published a front-page article under a red-letter banner headline declaring that DEBKAfile had revealed the details of the secret US-Iranian nuclear agreement.

What I wouldn't give to be a fly on the wall of Israeli PM Bibi Netanyahu's next Security Cabinet and fully-staffed National Security Council meetings. For that matter, as loud as voices might be raised anywhere in a near vicinity might suffice.

  1. Sean, I do believe Israel's red line has been crossed. The Jeremiah 49:35-37 prophecy may be soon fulfilled.

Sean, do you believe an attack on Iran nuclear sites will trigger a Syrian attack on Israel leading to Damascus destruction Isaiah 17:1 since Iran and Assad are allies?

The destruction of the Moslem city of Damascus would then stir Sunni Arab Jihadist anger in which Israel would have to destroy their Sunni Arab enemies. Psalms 83:1-18.

What do you think Sean? Israel will then be living safely a few years Ezekiel 38:11 while the Russians could be fighting Russian Sunnis at home since the Sunni Russians have threatened violence if a translation of their Koran is banned throughout Russia.

  2. I think obama is a traitor! Is the liberal media going to report this.....no. is Fox news going to report this....no. I would really like to see Netanyahu openly defy obama publicly to his face and bomb the nuclear facilities in Iran and make obama look like the pathetic, miserable fool that he is for the whole world......especially America, to see.

  3. Hartdawg,

I think Bibi Netanyahu now has no other choice but to act against Iran preemptively.

Bibi's known this all along, but has suppressed and held back in order to placate the Obama Administration.

Now he knows without question Obama has stabbed him and Israel in the back by making a secret deal with Iran; now he knows he has no other option but to strike.

  4. Lujack,

I've been surmising that an Israeli attack on Iran would trigger a Syrian response resulting in Isaiah 17 for a long time now. And that Isaiah 17 leads to Psalm 83. At least 5 years in fact. Check previous archives months on this blog going back to 2009 for this.

  5. Its ashame so many people are into the Nostradamus prophecies which are Satanically driven and ignore the Biblical prophecies in which current events show the direction in which we are heading.

How many of the soldiers in the Russian army could be saved by believing in Jesus Christ and knowing they had a choice to be raptured or be destroyed upon the mountains of Israel? (Ezekiel 39:1-4)

How many people in Damascus would leave if they knew about Isaiah 17:1?

Can Bible prophecy be used to bring some people to Christ who are in these war zones before the tribulation begins or does the falling away from Christian beliefs in the end times indicate there is little hope on educating these people?

God always gives a warning before total destruction doesn't he Sean?

There is so much valuable information you offer Sean. Thank-you for letting me speak here on your blog.

  6. It's my understanding that 15% of the population of Damascus is Christian and a lot of them have already fled. I understand that a lot of people in these war zones are in fact being educated. That's my understanding anyway but I could be wrong. I base this on various missionary reports I sometimes hear at church. No real documentation tho so I could be wrong

  7. Sean,
It will be interesting to hear Netanyahu's UN speech in 4 days time.

I truly didn't think Israel would wait another full year after his red line speech.

I see the next new moon in Tehran is only 8 days away. Things are definitely reaching the boiling point now.........

  8. "Damascus has grown feeble;
    She turns to flee,
    And fear has seized her.
Anguish and sorrows have taken her like a woman in labor.
Why is the city of praise not deserted, the city of My joy?
Therefore her young men shall fall in her streets,
And all the men of war shall be cut off in that day,” says the Lord of hosts.
“I will kindle a fire in the wall of Damascus,
And it shall consume the palaces of Ben-Hadad.
    "

God pleads for all people to come out, both spiritually and physically, from all places on the earth where they ought not to be. However God does not interfere with their free will.

Why do they not heed His plea?

Why indeed is the city not deserted as Jeremiah has written?

As the prophet has said... "Therefore... "

This pre-Harpazo plea from God is no different than the one He has given in advance to the entire post-Harpazo world in Revelation 18:4 (NKJV)

"And I heard another voice from heaven saying, “Come out of her, my people, lest you share in her sins, and lest you receive of her plagues. "

In this the LORD God has been most clear, the requirement incumbent upon the human being is unambiguous.

    "Therefore... "

  9. Sean, here's something that I don't know if you'll find laughable or enraging. On the second page of a local newspaper here in Seattle (not sure which one, it was a paper sitting in the break room where I work) I found headline saying "Iran's new president gives speech focusing on being 'moderate'". The word moderate was not in quotation marks in the paper. I suppose since the president gave a speech on being moderate everything is ok now with Iran. That's what this article would have us believe. When I read that I didn't know whether to laugh or scream...pretty ridiculous

"Are the Egyptians really planning an attack against Gaza?"

    Yes.

HAMAS has been put on notice by the Egyptian military that it bears full responsibility for any and all attacks on Egyptian forces in the Sinai, and for any deterioration in the security situation with Israel; that Egyptian forces will strike HAMAS and its leadership directly.

In anticipation of the necessity for strikes against HAMAS the Egyptian military has been flying reconnaissance drones over Gaza in order to select high priority targets in Rafah and Khan Younis.

Intense Egyptian army operations are ongoing in the northern Sinai. It would not take much for these forces to spin around and take aim at Gaza.
