Global SITREP A6-20: The Israeli-Palestinian Peace Agreement (IPPA)

The Israeli-Palestinian Peace Agreement Conceptual Map
(UPDATE BELOW) 28 January 2020: The so-called "Deal of the Century" proposed by the Trump Administration is also known as "Vision for Peace: A Vision to Improve the Lives of the Palestinian and Israeli People." This Vision is a realistic approach, apart and distinct from the nearly 700 ineffectual United Nations resolutions, to establish a man-made peace between the Israeli and Palestinian peoples; the establish a "State of Palestine" where nothing of the sort has existed previously.

From the purely Biblical perspective, this is a plan to divide the land given in the Land Covenant established by God to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob (Israel); it ignores the inheritance of these lands as a possession to the Twelve Tribes of Israel. As such Eschatology Today believes this plan has no chance of success, nor is it, as described by the angel Gabriel to the prophet Daniel, the covenant among many. This plan is between Israeli's and a newly recognized people, the Palestinians. It is a Two-State solution, separate and distinct from the generational Arab-Israeli or Muslim-Jewish conflict.

This Vision also recognizes the dynamics of the Middle East region as a whole; the changes taking place at the present time; the common threats faced by Israel and its Arab neighbors from the Islamic Republic of Iran and the need to establish an economic foundation upon which to build peace in the Greater Middle East. This plan envisions a doubling of the Palestinian GNP in a decade, the creation of over one-million new jobs, unemployment below ten percent and a reduction of the poverty rate by fifty percent. Accordingly, this plan is diametrically opposed to the objectives of the Shi'a Twelver doctrine of the Islamic Republic of Iran and their proxies from Lebanon to Yemen, which focus upon a regional apocalypse led by a mythical, centuries old religious figure.

This Vision is for the State of Israel and the new State of Palestine to establish the Israel-Palestinian Peace Agreement between them and from which all other future potential will flow. Peace, Safety and Security are things which these two peoples will establish for themselves, with the United States of America acting as a facilitator.

This Vision recognizes two major hurdles: Gaza and Jerusalem. Terrorist control of Gaza must end; HAMAS, PIJ and other factions must recognize Israel's existence, the State of Palestine must control Gaza and the territories that will become integral to it. Jerusalem and its holy sites will remain in the current status quo, with free access at the Temple Mount to Jews, Muslims and Christians. Politically, Jerusalem is to remain the undivided capital city of the State of Israel. A capital for the State of Palestine can exist outside of the municipal boundary security barrier east and north of the city.

UPDATE 30 January 2020: What is wrong with the map at the top of this SITREP? For starters, it has no basis in fact or reality. It is no real nor is it Israel. It is a concept what what could be IF the vision of the peace plan were to be accepted by the current State of Israel and the "Palestinian" leadership. It depict an Israel with total control of the entirety of its borders north, east and south; the potential State of Palestine is entirely within the state of Israel.

Here's the bottom line about the visionary map and the text of the "Vision for Peace" plan. It embodies to the ultimate degree that which Donald J. Trump has become most renowned for -- the "Art of the Deal" Anyone who understands Trump has to understand what a Trump deal is, and that is he puts forward from the get-go the highest most expansive position possible, and then sits back and waits for the counter offer, or if the deal is rejected, he just walks away. No deal. We will see how this plays out after the Israeli election in March because nothing of substance will come of this until after the election.

Israel Today - 30 January 2020
Secondly, and we all must know this if we have read our Bible's cover to cover, any current map of Israel is nothing more than a temporary map of Israel. The map of Israel on May 14, 1947 was altered to a different map at the armistice of 1949. And the map of 1949 changed again in 1956, and back again a few months later. In June 1967 the map of Israel changed again, and again in 1973, 1974, 1975, 1979, 1982, 2000, 2002, and 2005. Only for the last fifteen years have the borders of Israel remained relatively static, status quo. The illustration below show this in good detail. These are maps of Israel in disbelief. These are maps which are pretty good illustrations of Ezekiel chapters 36 and 37. If you've not read them in a while, by all means re-familiarize yourself with those prophetic words.

Expanding Israel
Israel's borders will change yet again, and soon, and in my eschatological view Israel's borders will change drastically away from what the visionary map illustrates. And the next map change will occur with a high degree of certainty due to what the visionary map and plan both instigate among the Arab Muslims within and all around Israel. Talk about your paradigm shifts, this one will be something to witness!

So here's the rub. None of these maps illustrate the true Israel, the full covenant land map of Israel. That will be the Israel in belief, the Israel in which the Holy Spirit has been poured out upon. And no matter what may transpire between now and then, nothing will actually change except for the earthquake movements of the surface. The land belongs to God and it is the Lord's Land Covenant with Abram/Abraham, Isaac and Jacob/Israel. Ezekiel 36/37, as well as 38/39 all attest to this fact. The will of God is in motion, these things must take place. Even so, Marana'tha!

  1. For what it's worth, I strongly suspect this is designed to fail spectacularly, at which point, consistent with his role in the historical type of King Cyrus, Trump will facilitate and support Israel's formal reintegration of Judea and Samaria during his second term. Trump is a student of the ancient Chinese warrior Sun Tzu (The Art of War) and is a master at both strategy and deception.

An editorial along those lines from today's Arutz Sheva, which ends with, "The more complex analysis turns on whether it is much more sensible for Israel, decidedly without embracing it, to just sit back and let the “Palestinians” blow it up on their own. From recognizing Jerusalem as Israel’s capital to moving the United States embassy there, to recognizing Israeli sovereignty over the Golan Heights, to declaring the Jewish communities of Judea and Samaria as not inherently illegal, to cutting off funding for UNRWA and throwing the PLO out of Washington and pulling America out of the anti-Jewish United Nations Human Rights Council, Trump repeatedly has proven himself unequivocally and with dizzying consistency as an outstanding friend of Israel, and certainly better than any Jew in American party politics.

It may even be that the “Deal of the Century” has been concocted to break the impasse by inducing the “Palestinian” leadership to prove what they are, thereby justifying Israel moving ahead with Reunification (“annexation”). Once the “Palestinians” reject the Trump Plan outright, there remains no further excuse for Israel to refrain from reunifying the Jewish communities of Judea and Samaria, for once and for all. The justification for reunification becomes that the “Palestinians” once again “never miss an opportunity to miss an opportunity.” The door then is opened to move forward.

And that massive reunification of Judea and Samaria will be a very big deal indeed. The deal of the century."

  2. Even prior to reading the 181 pages of text of "This Vision," and now especially after having read them, it is without question that I recognize "This Vision" as the perfectly timed (i.e. appointed time) catalyst for the final tipping (flood) of the prophetic dominoes.

    So, here we go...

  3. I'll be honest, here. Thus far, I believe trump has been one of our best presidents. The economy is booming, unemployment is add a record low, the nation's respect us once again and he asked kept most of its promises, and he has been the best friend to Israel and evangelical Christians in a long time. HOWEVER, I fear that if Trump tries to pressure Israel to give up more land, it could be disastrous for the middle east, the U.S and his presidency. I fear God might bring some sort of judgment like a recession and he will lose the 2020 election. PLEASE tell me I'm way of base and my concern is unfounded

    Sean,

In Genesis chapter 12 God says to Abraham

"I will bless those who bless you and curse those who curse you;"

There is little doubt that God has blessed President Trump in many ways; but as Solomon received first blessing then later hardship, so could Trump fall if he forsakes Israel.

  5. hartdawg,

Excepting Psalm 83, Isaiah 17 and Ezekiel 38/39, one of the things not revealed in pre-70th Week prophecies is why they take place when they take place at their appointed times, or the exact sequence.

We have to logically infer that info based upon one or more antagonists missing from the text.

For example, why does Isaiah 11:14 occur? This could have been fulfilled a couple of times in recent years but did not, so there is an unstated casus belli. The interpretive inference I've made links to Psalm 83. It's logical. Ditto for Ezekiel 28:24-26. Same goes for Syria and Iran... where's the "why" for those military actions.

So, as my comment goes, "This Vision" for a Trump Israel-Palestine Peace Agreement will be the "why." It will be the catalyst for the flood of toppling dominoes discussed here for years to date.

  6. William,
I do not see in any way how this plan forsakes Israel. I see it as moving an Israel in disbelief forward and towards it's saving redemption (Romans 11 & Ezekiel 39:29).

  7. Sean, did any part of “The Vision” address the building of the temple? Do you see it moving forward the building of the temple? Thanks, Robin

    1. Robin,

The 1st & 2nd Temples are mentioned, but not one word regarding the 3rd Temple.

What is said is that Mount Moriah will remain in the status quo.

  8. I think there is significant confusion among believers over the current situation regarding "Israel."

In an attempt to remedy this for readers I'll be adding new Scripture study shortly for perspective. In the meantime, I would suggest looking at the map closely, it's a "yuge" clue.

    Sean,

Do we forsake the Israelis if we encourage them to offer evil that good may come i.e. a professed willingness to divide the land?

    Respectfully,

    William

    1. William,

No, absolutely not! To the diametrically opposed contrary what is about to happen is a massive blessing to the disbelieving Israelis is a major BLESSING.

Now you will have to wait for the next posting to understand what I am referring to.

  10. I think we need to remember God's providence. All that is written must be fulfilled and people like Donald Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu are kings in their lands placed by God and knowingly or unknowingly do His will for God is God.

I know everyone knows this, but we need to try and take the political element out if we are to interpret what God is really doing; The Canon of Scripture is the only place we go. The peace plan breaks the covenant to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Biblically it divides the land as Sean has stated. The sequence is remedial as specific events happen in specific times from an omni God who is restoring His people and His land because He wins in the end. It is not dualism as satan has no chance. But because of choice there is a real war going on and we must understand Psalm 82 linked to Ephesians 6:12 as the battle in the heavenly realm is real and our battle is not just against flesh and blood. God is systematically taking control one step at a time and He is everlasting. Israel specifically, the people who are the apple of God's eye; they are currently in an idolatrous state and have been for thousands of years. They denied the one true God Jesus the Christ. Currently they are the fig tree generation that will be restored back to good health, but they are in fact the winter figs Jesus looked for and cursed. They are not with God and they will accept someone else who comes in their own name first. The peace deal also may not be the covenant with many even if confirmed as the covenant may be something else entirely. I know people may not agree with that statement specifically, but until more information comes forward in real time we do not know. The point is, God is bringing Israel to Jesus one moment at a time, certain things need to happen. Specifically the end times wars and different oracles need to happen. For me, this peace plan is not a peace plan at all, it was always destined to fail, especially if it is the one that needs to be confirmed; this plan is a remedial event that will be used to bring Israel to Jesus and I think the plan will promote war and that is the point entirely in my humble opinion. I am anxious to see what Sean is saying he will share in Bible study because there is much to glean here and as we know "things are not what they seem" as they never really are.

    1. TP,

Your comment is spot on towards what I'll post later. I'd post it now but, duty first, the Army has my time booked solid for the next several hours. Again, the map is a "yuge" clue.

  11. Sean,

Just a typo edit. Your date header has February.

Also closely watching / trying to obtain accurate news on the Coronavirus. Greatly appreciate your updates on this as well! Purchased the oil of oregano you suggested / strong stuff!

  12. So, I am gleaning from your comments, Sean, and also Kushner's boisterous comments, that this Vision 2020 is put forth to prove to the world that Abbas, Iran, etc., are not looking for peace at all and it is expecting, perhaps even encouraging, all out attacks so that Israel can counter - and wa la, unwalled villages?

  13. Shelley,

Yes, I assess that's what this catalyst will accomplish.

  14. Gaza rockets and balloon bombs have been non-stop, followed by IAF airstrikes in Gaza, all week long.

  15. Thanks, Sean. I think we're seeing this already as I saw an article on how things are changing in the IDF now that Bennett is Minister of Defense. And I think he may be in D.C. today. Surprised the OIC rejected the plan, because I thought they would stand aside like the US, but I think I was getting that confused with Ez. 38-39 war. Psalm 83, Is. 17, etc. has to come first. One step at a time. Waiting, waiting…never was much good at it.
