Global SITREP A10-24: The End of HAMAS and The War in the North Part V

The Theater of Prophetic War

UPDATED 30 May 2024: Eschatology Today may be the first to note that the current war launched against Israel by the Islamic jihadists of HAMAS in Gaza on October 7, 2023, and then joined by the Islamic jihadists in Lebanon, Iraq, Iran and Yemen has fully transitioned from a war of localized tactical engagements to a war of theater-wide strategic engagements. This transition brings us to the doorstep of the over-arching prophetic scenario discussed here for more than the past decade. The deployment and use of strategic strike weapons such as 1,000 miles plus drones, ballistic missiles and cruise missiles is the defining character of the strategic change to this war. As such great and fearful changes lie ahead as detailed by the inspired prophets of ancient Israel.

UPDATE 03 June 2024: Fires in northern Israel today started by Hezbollah rockets and incendiary drone attacks.

Most of us will recall that incendiaries were sent over the border from Gaza into Israel prior to HAMAS' invasion and massacre of Israelis on October 7, 2023. Those incendiary devices sparked dozens of fires in southern Israel.

How long will Israel wait before the Hezbollah menace is neutralized? The IDF is well aware that Hezbollah and other Iranian proxies have been practicing repeating what HAMAS did, but this time in northern Israel. The clock is ticking.

Marana'tha!

  1. Several NATO allies have given Ukraine permission to use their supplied long-range weapons to strike military targets inside Russia.

Only the US limits these strikes to the border region opposite to Kharkiv, Ukraine where Russia is attempting to open a new eastern front.

  2. There is a growing consensus in Israel that the war against "Palestinian" jihadism will have to include Judea and Samaria. To a lesser degree this war has been in-progress for a few months now and it has escalated in recent weeks.

We've discussed this before under the doctrine of "Israel Victory," but now even Cabinet Ministers are speaking about it openly. No surprise, it's a core item in Bible prophecy prior to Ezekiel 38/39.

  3. Hezbollah attacked northern Israel with a barrage of more than 40 rockets on Friday evening, some as deep as Acre. Escalation.

  4. The IDF is withdrawing its troops from Judea and Samaria, obviously they're going to be needed elsewhere and that explains why.

To fill the security vacuum created by the troop withdrawal the civil population across Judea and Samaria will be armed with combat rifles and other weapons they'll need for their security.

    Prophecy fulfillment straight ahead.

  5. Not only is prophecy being fulfilled with the Psalm 83 nations, but have you noticed more and more nations condemning Israel, and anti-isreal rhetoric on the rise? I have personal friends who claim to be Christian now starting to side with "Palestine" I'm beginning to think it's a spiritual, demonic issue.

    2. Jon,
For reasons the LORD knows, "love of many will grow cold." We all know what this means. IMHO, these are either false brethren or their ears are being tickled by deceiving spirits. So, yes, it's a deception issue.

I believe that those baptized in the Spirit are immune from this type of deception.

  6. According to the statement of the PMO, Israel's conditions for ending the war have not changed.

1.) The destruction of Hamas military and governing capabilities.

2.) The release of all hostages.

3.) The ensuring that Gaza no longer poses a threat to Israel.

  7. Hezbollah continued escalation of the warfare on Saturday with the launching of two Burkan bunker-buster missiles at an IDF base in Kiryat Shmona. Infrastructure damage by one missile, the other missile was inert. Hezbollah also sent a rocket with a 2000 lb payload into Israel, no damage to infrastructure or casualty reported. Tick-tock, tick-tock.

  8. Given the exchange of fire that has occurred today on the northern front it would be fair to say full-scale war has erupted.

  9. Hezbollah rocket fire this past weekend has destroyed more than 2,500 acres of farmland in northern Israel.

The only thing missing from the northern front is an IDF ground invasion to push Hezbollah away from the border.

The war in Gaza and IDF's Rafah operation is the bottom line reason for the resignation of Egypt's government this weekend and President El-Sisi's call for the formation of a new government. Egypt is destabilized.

  10. Minister Bezalel Smotrich has given an insiders snapshot of what's coming in the northern front.

"The situation in the north is deteriorating, we must move the security strip from within Israeli territory in the Galilee to southern Lebanon, including a ground invasion, the occupation of the territory, and the expulsion of the Hezbollah terrorists and hundreds of thousands of Lebanese who hide among them beyond the Litani River, in combination with a deadly attack on all the infrastructure in Lebanon, the destruction of the Hezbollah centers of gravity and a severe blow to the capital of terror in Beirut. We must create a situation in which Lebanon will be busy for the next twenty years in efforts to rebuild what is left of it after the blow we will deal it, and not in leading terror against the State of Israel."

  11. My assessment:

The IDF announcement today that Chaim Peri, 79, Amiram Cooper, 84, Yoram Metzger, 80, and Nadav Popplewell, 51 were murdered four months ago by HAMAS while being held captive (a war crime) is THE antidote to the US, EU, G7 leftist gambit of forcing a cessation of the war upon Israel. The timing of this announcement was perfect and an approprite response to the InfoWar being waged against Israel. Bravo Zulu to the IDF.

    1. The incendiary munitions being fired into northern Israel have become a major issue. The political left calling the Netanyahu government weak, and the political right calling for action so that Lebanon burns back to the stone age.

PM Netanyahu is being assailed from all sides, including his US allies who deliberately put out word he'd leave Israel to address Congress over the Shavuot holiday.

Israel's enemies have not taken the new 'Israel Victory' ('I-V') doctrine seriously enough IMO; as to what it actually means in practice. Case in point, only passing note regarding the various flag planting ceremonies of IDF soldiers at strategic locations inside Gaza over the past months. It is the sort of thing you do when you lay claim to conquered territory. I don't recall this happening during Pillar of Cloud or Cast Lead (although I may be mistaken in this regard?).

They (Israel's adversaries) are about to experience the longer-term ramifications of 'I-V' (along with the terror of facing an angelic army).

  16. Today is Jerusalem Day. Thus far hundreds of Jews have ascended the Temple Mount.

    ReplyDelete
  17. In the past I noted that nowhere in Ezekiel 38/39 does the prophet specifically mention Jerusalem. This is a fact.

However, at the start of the prophecy concerning the coming Temple (Ch.40:1 NKJV) the prophet starts off being very specific on when these visions from God occurred; he refers to Jerusalem only as "the city."

Clearly this opening narrative is after the destruction of the Gog of Magog armies and Ezekiel 39:29.

Verses 2-4 give one chills, and in verse 5 the matter of fact declaration is "Now there was a wall around the outside of the temple." This wall is, at the minimum, almost 11 feet high and 11 feet thick. The temple is standing inside of tis wall.

These are specific, highly detailed instructions for this generation of Israel to build this temple after Ezekiel 38/39.

Ezekiel 47:13-21 describes Israel's borders at that time.

    1. Bro. Sean; Thanks for this insight. After reading the passage a couple of times, I looked at several maps drawn based on Ez 47:13-21. In the current environment, it is very easy to see those literal borders eventuating out of the impending conflict. Were non-conventional weaponry to become involved - via some course of events - this end result could eventuate with surprising speed. Bro Steve.

    2. Bro. Steve,
As have I several times over the last decade looked at the many maps various people have created. They all have a core Israel as we know it with appendages differing here and there.

I'll publish the one map I've located which (IMHO) most accurately reflects what the prophetic Scriptures say. Adding it to this SITREP for reference.

    3. Can you please send a link to where that graphic is from? I'd like to read the narrative associated with it. I have never seen that map before. Very interesting. Thank you.

    4. Good one!! Be good to source a version with enough resolution, so that the 'fine print' is legible.

Looking at the map in total, the toughest campaign would appear to be the coastal regions north to Tripoli or thereabouts. That is where God promises to personally take charge of matters.

Although obviously of peripheral import, the map scale is interesting. Bro. Steve

Do we know if the red heifer sacrifice has taken place? This seemed almost imminent as Passover approached, but I've not seen anything since news of three heifers arriving in Israel several months ago.

June 7, 1967 was the day Israel regained the Temple Mount in a military conquest.

  18. I would advise folks to review the events of the 1967 Six Day War, in particular the military action in and around Jerusalem and it's Old City.
The IDF, led by Moshe Dayan, was reticent to attack here, fearing to cause damage to the structures on the Temple Mount. There's a lesson here to be learned about how coming events will transpire.

    1. The Lord took me on a journey last night to teach something.

If one reads the history of the 1948 war, and the 1967 war and the 1973 war, one will realize that Israel was regathered into the land by God, exactly as He promised, and Israel had spilled their youths blood in each war, over and over again, to recapture the very same cities, town and villages that had been conquered or captured in the previous war!

All this has occurred repeatedly in well less than 100 years. In fact, these wars occurred over a period of less than 30 years - 1947 -1974. And total possession of the land is still not complete, as Ezekiel 28:24-26 makes clear that the unsubdued enemies have been like a prickly bush.

Now, segue back to Genesis 15:13-16.

Then He said to Abram: “Know certainly that your descendants will be strangers in a land that is not theirs, and will serve them, and they will afflict them four hundred years. And also the nation whom they serve I will judge; afterward they shall come out with great possessions. Now as for you, you shall go to your fathers in peace; you shall be buried at a good old age. But in the fourth generation they shall return here, for the iniquity of the Amorites is not yet complete.

      400 years. 4 generations.

That 4th Generation made the Exodus, and then were wandering in the wilderness for 40 more years.

Is this generation, the one whom the Lord Jesus Christ spoke of (Olivet Discourse) as not passing away before all that He prophesied being fulfilled, a generation of 100 years?

      We are SO close!!!

      Delete
    2. This certainly confirms that ours is the generation, since the definition of the generation is given by God himself.
      Great job!

    3. Psalm 90 seems to define our lifespan as between 70 and 80 years (see especially verse 10).

      Brian from Florida

      Delete
    4. Indeed it does.

But this is what was made clear last night. Psalm 90 defines an individual lifespan as 70 years and 80 years if by strength.

So, if the lifespan began in 1948 the 80th year occurs in 2028; there's no room for the 70th Week of Years in just the next four years. If it began in 1967 the 80th year would be 2047, or 2040 minus the 70th Week of years. That's 16 more years!

In Jesus Olivet Discourse He spoke to a generation.

In a generation some individuals die young, some in middle-age and others at an old age, yet it is still just one generation.

In this last generation, as defined by Genesis 15:13-16, some have died young, some at middle-age, the Bride of Christ taken up, and the remainder to endure yet likely die during the 70th Week of Years.

None of this impacts salvation of an individual, so folks can accept or reject as they choose.

    5. Does the prophecy in Hosea 6:2 fit in here?

  19. The last verse does put this prophesy "in the latter days".

  21. War Cabinet Minister Benny Gantz, if he keeps his vow, will resign tomorrow evening.

Gantz' resignation is very likely to completely alter the current dynamic of the war (as driven by the Israeli Left and globalists who want anything but "Israel Victory" to prevail over the Islamist terrorists).

The current scuttlebutt from the Israel Sovereignty Movement is that Gantz will immediately be replaced in the War Cabinet by Avigdor Lieberman and Gideon Saar.

These two additions will then drive the Israel Victory Doctrine to full implementation thereby freeing the IDF to engage in a truly full-scale war against all enemies, from Gaza, to the north and in Judea and Samaria.

    God knows.

    1. There's a renewed sense of purpose, a drive to achieve "Israel Victory" that cannot be stopped. All enemies shall be vanquished, at a high cost no doubt, but soon Israel will achieve its needed security and none will make them afraid. Archangel Michael is contending for Israel.

    4. We now know why Gantz and Eizenkot resigned - their effort to establish a Palestinian state, as dictated by the Biden Administration, in the heart of Eretz Israel was thwarted by Bezalel Smotrich and Ben Gvir and the religious parties. So these two Quislings abandoned Israel in the middle of this war.

  25. The war in the North is continually ratcheting up in lethality, frequency and depth of strikes. Hezbollah has begun launching their heavy rockets into Israel and reaching at least 25 to 40 miles. The terrorists have also begun attempts to shoot down IAF aircraft with SAMs.

The IDF response includes drones, strike aircraft and heavy artillery so that much of southern Lebanon feels the earth moving and concussive over-pressure from these nearly hourly strikes.

It seems that the more dire the situation becomes for Gaza terrorists the more intense the escalation rises in Lebanon and Syria.

    1. This action puts pressure on the Twelver regime in Iran to intervene, especially after the targeted IAF strike near Aleppo, Syria which killed Iranian General, Saeed Abyar on 3 June.
