We, the Ukrainian people and the world are in the potential nuclear war crisis we are in today because of a pair of decisions We The People made in 2008 and in 2012. We were clearly and succinctly warned on two occasions, four years apart from each other, against making that decision. Now there will be a very costly price to pay for it.
