Global SITREP B7-24: Joshua 13 (Operation: Northern Arrows)

SIDON Being Driven Out, Monday 23 September 2024

24 September 2024: Oh, come now Brothers and Sisters, is this nothing more than coincidence, simply a happenstance??!?!

In my New King James Version of the Holy Bible, the first seven verses of Joshua 13 are boldly captioned "Remaining Land to Be Conquered." And those first seven verses read (underscored italics mine for emphasis):

Now Joshua was old, advanced in years. And the Lord said to him: “You are old, advanced in years, and there remains very much land yet to be possessed. This is the land that yet remains: all the territory of the Philistines and all that of the Geshurites, from Sihor, which is east of Egypt, as far as the border of Ekron northward (which is counted as Canaanite); the five lords of the Philistines—the Gazites, the Ashdodites, the Ashkelonites, the Gittites, and the Ekronites; also the Avites; from the south, all the land of the Canaanites, and Mearah that belongs to the Sidonians as far as Aphek, to the border of the Amorites; the land of the Gebalites, and all Lebanon, toward the sunrise, from Baal Gad below Mount Hermon as far as the entrance to Hamath; all the inhabitants of the mountains from Lebanon as far as the Brook Misrephoth, and all the Sidonians—them I will drive out from before the children of Israel; only divide it by lot to Israel as an inheritance, as I have commanded you. Now therefore, divide this land as an inheritance to the nine tribes and half the tribe of Manasseh.”

In the image above, taken yesterday (Monday 23 September 2024), looking south towards southern Lebanon and northern Israel, are these Sidonian not being driven out before the children of Israel? Is this not a direct literal fulfillment of prophecy before our eyes?

I suggest a thorough reading of Joshua 13 is an essential task as it is a prophecy to be fulfilled and witnessed by our eyes in the present time. As you read you will hopefully notice that verses 15 and 16, wholly part of the remaining land to be conquered by Israel, specifically name geographic place names, such as Aroer, the River Arnon and the city which is in the midst of the ravine, Dibon. 

The Valley of the Passengers Ezekiel

Eschatology Today has been here previously in the series The Prophetic Road to Revelation (Part IV): The War of Gog of Magog. This is linked here for good reason as a refresher for some, and new knowledge for others. A good portion of the discussion of Ezekiel 39 notes these places in the Valley of the Passengers as being in Israel, even though they are today within the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Well prior to the prophetic words of Ezekiel, here we have the writer of Joshua naming the same places as being part of the land to be conquered by Israel! 

How much more prescient can these prophetic indicators be with respect to the lateness of the time in which we are living, eating and breathing with the bodies in which we were born?

Thus, a thorough reading of Ezekiel 38/39 is also highly recommended. Notice what takes place at Ezekiel 39:29, a very strong indicator (and Warning or I&W) that the Harpazo (Rapture) of the Bride of Christ will have occurred in the unknown interim!

Global SITREP F10-21: A Departure

The Departure

10 September 2021: Due to recent events of the past nearly three weeks this SITREP was temporarily delayed. It can be delayed no longer and why this SITREP's posting is occurring at zero dark thirty this morning.

Back on 24 August our brother, frequent reader and commenter jmoll106 sent word of a teaching he'd recently heard delivered by Dr. Andy Woods. This was a three-part teaching on the topic of II Thessalonians 2:3 that was delivered in September 2020. As a direct result of Andy Woods teaching you will notice that the Scripture link takes you to the 1599 Geneva Bible translation. This is the correct translation of that Spirit-breathed verse, the bolding has only been added for the due emphasis on one word.

Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a departing first, and that that man of sin be disclosed, even the son of perdition.

This teaching will give you new understanding that the Greek word Apostasia is not referring to the apostasy or the apostate church of these last days, but instead and correctly to the physical departure of the bride (body) of Christ (the true Church of Christ) in the event we've long known here as the Harpazo, and also as the Rapture, and in the Hebrew Old Testament as Laqach. 

This is not baby's milk teaching. No, this is real meat and potatoes sustenance teaching about the Word and the how and why there is to this day confusion over the meaning of this particular verse that Paul was inspired by the Holy Spirit to write.

Global SITREP E1-21: The Harpazo Part II

"Come up hither!"

Repost 25 February 2021: This is a re-issued SITREP from it's last update on 25 December 2019. It is a reminder that the prophetic times we consider on Eschatology Today are of two distinct calendars. Mixing the two is erroneous and very confusing. In explanation, let's just say that prior to the Harpazo, in our current Romans 11:25 "times of the gentiles" time, time is counted on the 365-day Gregorian calendar. In the post-Harpazo world the Bible is clear (Revelation 11:1-3) that the 360-day Hebrew calendar will be in effect, hence the 2,520 days comprising the 70th week of years, or the two 1,260 days halves (times, time and half a time) delinating the Thlipsis (Tribulation and ministry of the Two Witnesses in Jerusalem at the 3rd Temple) from the Megas Thlipsis (Great Tribulation). 

The difference between the Gregorian and the Hebrew calendar with respect to Psalm 90:10 (i.e. form 70 to 80 years) is 350 to 400 days, or about a full Gregorian calendar year. Since no man can know the day or the hour, doing such mathematical calculations is essentially fruitless - we are already deep within the season. The tangible, physical thing that Eschatology Today watches for, prior to being caught up, is a sudden and drastic change in the current status of the Temple Mount. As can be seen in the linked Scripture above, and as discussed here previously, the 3rd Temple will be standing and in operation on day one of the Two Witnesses ministry. Maybe we'll see this, maybe we won't, time is that short.

25 December 2019: The last time this topic of The Harpazo (Laqach or Rapture if you prefer the Hebrew or Latin versions of the word) appeared here over two and a half years ago, it was because of what the late Jack Kelley had written on the subject. I have been feeling a pull to revisit this yet again, feeling that time is very, very short and quickening all the time. 

Well, yesterday, and to be perfectly honest, it was made clear that the Lord got tired of my procrastinating and He put it all right in my face. Got my full attention, He did! So, if you will look once again at that linked post, it'll help in understanding what I now understand are absolute facts concerning the day that only the Lord knows and we know as the "blessed hope." 

I now believe, although I don't know exactly which one, that the LORD God will send His Son for us and the Harpazo will occur on a Pentecost Sunday in either 2020 or 2021. I had requested others to do some personal Berean research, and maybe that was a little to much to ask, so absent that here's what I've come to understand by Berean study and using our late brother Jack Kelley's well-researched article, on "The Feast of Pentecost" as a Spirit-led guide. 

The first Harpazo, which is how the first harvest of grain is taken, suddenly by a sickle, the "first fruits" was that of Henowk (Enoch in modern English parlance, and whose name means "teaching"). It occurred on a day the Lord set aside as a feast day, the very same day tradition holds that Henowk/Enoch was born and was taken by God. It's the same day on which the bride of Christ was born, and God only knows, when He will send His Son to take his bride. This day throughout thousands of years is the same day, be it called Shavuot or Pentecost. Have we just re-learned something from Henowk/Enoch? I believe I have.

This day was also known in advance, which is why its name in Greek equates to "count 50" and in counting 50 days, or more correctly, counting seven Sabbaths (49 days) and the next day, the 50th day is the day the Holy Spirit descended upon the gathered apostles in Jerusalem (and others as well) to give birth to what was originally known as "the Way." Going back a bit in Israel's history, it's also the day Moses delivered "the Law" as given by God, and the nation of Israel was born. 

Can anyone see where I'm going with this (?) and which I hope is not confusing anyone either! In dispensationalism, God stopped dealing with Israel on the same day as He began dealing with the bride of Christ, the day the Holy Spirit was poured out on those apostles and the first Christians. It's a day the Lord set apart long ago, and we know how the Lord keeps His appointments. 

I'll say something more - all of this is the absolute ultimate in prophetic fulfillment, from Moses giving the Law sent down by God to Israel, to the Lord sending down the Holy Spirit to establish His bride. The end of this dispensation sees this Divine process reversed, the bride of Christ is taken, as Henowk/Enoch was taken on Pentecost, and Israel receives the Spirit on earth as God pours it out upon, at a minimum, 144,000 of them (see Ezekiel 39:29 and Romans 11:25-27).

I also believe Jack Kelley was at least partially correct in that the Harpazo is probably not a date-specific event, but a number specific event (the number of the last human to be redeemed in Christ). However, where I differ is that given the history of the day we know as both Shavuot/Pentecost, it could also be on that day that God has known from the beginning that both the full number of gentiles is the same day the Henowk/Enoch was taken up - Pentecost.

These studies continue as I do believe there is more to learn. One item is the question of "why 50 days?" It's kind of specific, as can be seen in hindsight in the direct relationship between Passover and Atonement in the Blood of Christ and Shavuot/Pentecost. It was all predetermined by the Lord.Lo and behold His command is found in Leviticus 23:15-17. 

"And you shall count for yourselves from the day after the Sabbath, from the day that you brought the sheaf of the wave offering: seven Sabbaths shall be completed. Count fifty days to the day after the seventh Sabbath; then you shall offer a new grain offering to the Lord. You shall bring from your dwellings two wave loaves of two-tenths of an ephah. They shall be of fine flour; they shall be baked with leaven. They are the firstfruits to the Lord."

Finally there's II Kings 2:7, the "fifty men of the sons of the prophets" of Jericho. Why 50? Why not 40 or 60? And again in II Kings 2:16 they are "fifty strong men." Somebody counted out fifty strong men who crossed the Jordan River and searched three days for Elijah who had been Laqach (Harpazoed) by the Lord. 

Again, this number 50 is tied to the second Harpazo of a living human being, Elijah. I now also believe fully that the Lord's Two Witnesses in the first half of Israel's 70th Week will be Henowk/Enoch and Elijah.

Global SITREP C10:20: Are We Awake Yet?

 

18 November 2020: The series of Global SITREPs of the past month that began with C7: Rumors of War in America have all been related, in one way or another, to the U.S. presidential election of 2020. Being aware of the season in which we live, this election is absolutely pivotal in the scheme of events that will follow. The "dominoes" yet to fall in other words familiar to readers of the Eschatology Today blog.

That SITREP led to C8: Looking Ahead on the Prophetic Road to Revelation and which invoked the five-part series of the same name, an overview of prophetic events spanning from Israel's rebirth in 1948 to the concluding dispensational epic of Ezekiel 38/39. We view it as a concluding dispensational epic because Ezekiel 39:29 evidence that the Harpazo of the bride of Christ occurs in very near proximity to its fulfillment. That means the church is gone to be with Christ Jesus and Israel's 70th Week commences, or one dispensation of the past 2000 years will have concluded and the final seven-year 70th Week of Israel will have begun.

And, as we've all been buzzing about over the past three weeks, there's C9: Church in America, WAKE UP!, Pastor Gary Hamrick's Spirit-led election 2020 sermon. None of this is coincidental, and why SITREP C10 is asking the question: Are we awake yet? Have we got the church's attention? Eschatology Today believes, yes, this is so! Marana'tha Lord!

Within this series, which this writer had no idea where it was going to lead because no one knows when the Harpazo of the bride will occur, a response to a question about what in the world was going on came down like a dove from Heaven: We are witnessing in real-time the will of God being done! Current events, like Pastor Hamrick's sermon, are intended to have us ensure our lamps are oiled and to be earnestly watching and listening for His procession to collect the bride.

We are being given glimpses of what the world will be like once the Restrainer has been removed. We see the faces of those who will welcome and worship the Antichrist and do the evil bidding of the False Prophet in our streets. We see the grotesque lies, the incredible disinformation and deception that are more pronounced than ever before in the history of this Republic. We understand with crystal clarity that the so-called 'Deep State' is one of the crowns destined to be worn on one of the heads of the Beast.

So, the question remains of how will this clearly stolen election be resolved within the next week to several weeks? That is the Lord's decision and its already been made in accordance with His will being done. Will there be further restraint or is it time for us to "Come up hither!" Which ever it is, what ever amount of borrowed time is left, Eschatology Today believes it is but a very brief span of time indeed.

We'll continue this until that microsecond of the Blessed Hope finally arrives.

Global SITREP B3-20: Psalm 90:10 Exegete

12 April 2020: A key verse that Eschatology Today has relied upon for the sum of last days exegesis is Psalm 90:10. It comes from within the whole of Psalm 90, which has been subtitled "A Prayer of Moses the Man of God." As with all Scripture the entire text is God-breathed and therefore infallible. Fallibility may have arisen in the manner in which exegesis of this verse has been applied for some time here.

Simply stated, the 80 years of strength is a whole. Those 80 years very likely should not have been subdivided in an assumption that the Harapzo of the bride of Christ needed occur about 7 years prior to that 80th year. 

What had been done was to add 80 years to the year of Israel's rebirth (1948) as the beginning of the Lord's prophetic clock countdown, to arrive at the year 2028, and then 7 years were subtracted to account for Israel's 70th week of years (2021) occurring within the 80 years.

The correction of seeing the entire 80 years as a whole, not to be eschatologically dissected, is what the Lord leaned heavily on my heart about in recent days. He's told me to 'fix it." So fix it I must and with this SITREP have done so. 

The Harpazo has always been an imminent, signless event ever since Pentecost of 32 AD, the day the bride of Christ was born. The imminence remains intact, and the Harpazo/Rapture/Laqach of the bride of Christ can take place according to the will of God at any moment, but still within the whole of those 80 years of strength, or between now and 2027-2028. Beyond the 80 years is where Israel's 70th week of years will take place.

It is always essential in exegesis of Scripture to do so in the context in which it appears. The Lord pushed my eyes to a verse in Psalm 90 that follows verse 10 and provides the necessary context. That verse is Psalm 90:12.

"So teach us to number our days so that we may get a heart of wisdom." The 'heart of wisdom" here, for myself at least, is to see that the 7 weeks of years of the Lord's wrath and judgment upon the earth should take place outside of the 80 years of strength instead of within them.

Global SITREP C8-19: Crisis Points

22 August 2019: Jesus told us to "Watch therefore, for you do not know what hour your Lord is coming." (Matthew 24:42) Been doing nothing but that, and especially of late. If you're watching in like manner as I, then perhaps your thoughtful prayer has been something akin to, "Lord if not now, then is there an emergency stop button for all the madness, lawlessness and hate in this world." Never before have I seen in my lifetime the things which have occurred in the past month. Surely the spirit of the antichrist has gone into overdrive of late, it is so blatant, so in our face, that there may be some feeling like the Corinthians did when Paul addressed them in his second letter. 

Well, we all know God is in complete control and there is no emergency stop button. Instead there is the Harpazo, and that blessed hope is anything but an emergency stop. Instead it's a full speed ahead throttle for all manner of things to get drastically worse. Imagine what would occur if the Harpazo occurred tomorrow. In Portland, Oregon or any large city, such as Philadelphia, Baltimore, LA or San Francisco where the Antifa domestic terrorists and other lawlessness and abject, depraved filth runs rampant; where law enforcement all but stands down because the socialist politicians who run such places really want that kind of mayhem as it suits their purposes very nicely indeed. 

I think we all agree that in a post-Harpazo America the very perception safety and security would rapidly go right out the window. That's what I saw this past week where the Philly PD had just rescued approximately 80 kids, aged 6 months to 10-years old, from a drug crazed radical Muslim with an AK-47 shooting wildly out the window, were turned on by the local residents because the LEOs had just shut down the neighborhood crack house. Forget the safety of the children rescued, they wanted their crack. It was big news, carried live on TV for hours on end, and then once facts were known the media pulled the plug; the facts weren't anything close to the image they wanted to present on American TV.

And you know what, this is just the tip of a monstrous iceberg that is pulling up right alongside the SS United States ship of state. The opposition Democraft party willl not only not denounce Antifa insurgents on our streets, but they're doubling down on the effort to remove President Trump from office. And I mean they want to remove him by any means at their disposal. Not the first time I've said this here, hopefully it will be the last time.

Meanwhile, across the oceans there are strong indications that the prophetic Psalm 83 scenario is very close at hand. Violence is very likely to begin within hours on the Gaza front, and Palestinian Islamic Jihad announced this week that they are at war with Israel. And Israel has suddenly made clear that its forces are operating in central Iraq against the Iranian PMU terror proxies under IRGC-QF control. Most interesting thing here, as it relates to Psalm 83:8, is that these very stealthy IDF attacks are occurring in the area formerly known as the Sunni Triangle north of Baghdad. Why the Iranians have based their Shi'a Iraqi proxies in this particular region is no great mystery either. Nevetheless for a few weeks now the Israeli attacks have been devastating.

In Syria, the battle for Idlib is fast approaching another crisis point because the accords which Russia and Turkey reached last spring now to have collapsed. Turkish forces crossed into Syria and Syria dropped bombs as a shot across the head of the column. Russian and Turkish jets nearly clashed overhead this past week. And the expected crisis in this area, per our interpretation of Jeremiah 49:23, remains very much a crisis point.

Then there's a series of massive explosions that have occurred recently in Russia. The most significant was one which involved a weapon that was either nuclear powered or had a nuclear warhead, or both. The primary Russian radiation monitoring stations in this region have suddenly gone silent in an attempt to keep the lid on this disaster as was done in the Soviet days at Chernobyl. However, the radiation that resulted from the explosion was recorded and it was significant. There was also the recent secret submarine mishap plus a series of explosions that all but leveled the weapons depot and nearby towns.

Global SITREP B7-19: A True SITREP

1 May 2019: This will be a SITREP of current events around the world, some with prophetic significance and some not so much, at least not yet (we're always looking forward).

The recent rocket fire coming out of Gaza was Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) doing Iran's bidding in an attempt to sabotage the current ceasefire. A handful of PIJ rockets were fired into the Mediterranean Sea to test their range, which roughly equates to central Israel being the eventual target for this class of missiles. A final PIJ rocket impacted the sea off of Ashkelon beach. This was the PIJ messaging Israel of an impending renewal of hostilities.

Israel responded with a message to all Gaza factions that it did not seek conflict with them, would respect the current status quo, but would not sit idle if attacks were launched against it. The factions then responded that Israel's failure to adhere to all demands which halted the recent hostilities would result in an escalation of hostilities against Israel.

Eschatology Today expects (it seems rather apparent) that these enemies, supported by the Islamic Republic of Iran, will not allow Israel's upcoming independence celebrations beginning on the evening of May 8 and concluding the evening of May 9, to occur in peace and relative safety. 

The crisis in Venezuela appears to have arrived at a point of no return. The pro-democracy forces of Juan Guaido, backed by the US and most nations of the world, except for Russia, Cuba, Iran and China who back the communist dictatorship of Nicolas Maduro. Guaido's OperacionLibertad began in earnest yesterday and will certainly continue today. 

In social media yesterday President Trump made clear that the participation of foreign military forces within Venezuela supporting the Maduro regime had better cease and desist from suppression of the will of the Venezuelan people. Those forces include an estimated 20,000+ Cuban soldiers, and approximately 300 Russian Wagner Group mercenaries and regular Russian army troops.

The pressure was such that at one point yesterday Maduro was prepared to flee the country, but Vladimir Putin intervened and convinced him to stay put. This should speak volumes to Israel. Putin supports the dictator al-Assad in Syria against his own people. Putin then invaded neighboring Ukraine, and now supports the communist dictator Maduro against his own people in Venezuela. Does this sound like a Russia which can or should be Israel's friend? Can Israel trust Russia which trains "Palestinian" terrorists in Syria for war against Israel? 

I was reading some material related to Gabriel's prophecy of the 70 weeks of years, Daniel 9:25 to be precise, and that beginning timeline caught my attention. We all know it's about the the time from the command to restore and rebuild Jerusalem to the appearance of the Jesus Messiah would be 69 weeks of years. But it occurred to me there might be more information to that statement. As I dug deeper I found that Cyrus' command for the Jews to return to and rebuild Jerusalem was given in 538 BC. 

But the construction of the 2nd Temple, which is not mentioned in this prophecy, was not begun immediately as many teach, thereby leaving the impression that it took 23 years for the 2nd Temple to be completed. Temple construction actually began in 521 BC, at the God-sent urging of the prophet Haggai, and that occurred 17 years after Zerubbabel and the first wave of Judah's captives had returned to Judah from captivity. At that time Cyrus was gone, and Darius was on the Persian throne (Haggai 1:1 and Ezra 4:1-5). So, from 521 BC when it was begun the 2nd Temple wasn't completed until 6 years later, in 515 BC. It only took 6 years to build the 2nd Temple once God impressed its importance by the prophet Haggai. 

It will probably be not too far in the future when this type of Divine prodding will cause Israel of today to build the 3rd Temple, the 70th Week Temple, and they will do so very, very rapidly with all of the modern construction capabilities now available.

Speaking of not too far in the future...which in the twinkling of an eye could be an event in the past... Eschatology Today has come to a final conclusion on the era in which we live. This current dispensation, to so-called "church age" is very close to ending and Israel's 70th Week commencing. To this end the position taken in determining the true SITREP about what time it is falls on the determination of the year that Jesus' was crucified, died and was resurrrected, ascended into Heaven and also sent the Holy Spirit down (Pentecost) to indwell the Body of Christ. That year on our Western calendar was 30 AD.

If the current dispensation was determined long ago by our Father in Heaven to span 2,000 years, and include both the Church Age and Israel's very specifically alloted amount of time (i.e. 2,520 days) for the 70th Week, then the math is very simple, and it all would conclude in the year 2030. But the Body of Christ will not be on this earth for Israel's 70th Week, meaning the 70th week of years start date would be closer to the present time by those 7 years, or circa 2023. 

More simple math follows: 2023 is slightly less than four years from now. Since the day and the hour of the Harpazo of the bride of Christ is known only to the Father and is always the imminent blessed hope of this age, why is the Body of Christ so silent about the most important event since the Holy Spirit descended to be with us on this world on Pentecost one-thousand nine-hundred eighty-nine years ago? 

The next anniversary of Pentecost is Sunday, June 9, by our calendar. And here's the rub in all of this calculating... the Lord's calendar year is not like ours, but is one of 360 days as seen in the specifics about Israel's 70th week of years. Dizzy yet? Good, because at any instant all of this would be made moot by His shout in the voice of an archangel and the trumpet of God.

Psalm 27:5; Isaiah 26:19-21; Zephaniah 2:3, John 14:1-3 and i Thessalonians 4:13-17.  It is going to happen. Marana'tha!

Global SITREP A7-19; Tekiah Gedolah

17 February 2019: The embedded video above is an example of the sound of the last trump (I Corinthians 15:52) which signals our harpazo to be with Christ. There are four types of shofar soundings blown by the Baal Tekiah (shofar musician). The first is the tekiah, the second is the shevarim, the third is the teruah, and the fourth is the tekiah gedolah. The tekiah gedolah is seen and heard in the video above. It is the longest duration ceremonail sound blown on a shofar.

The words "last trump" in the Greek that Paul wrote in I Corinthians 15:52 are ἔσχατος σάλπιγξ - "eschatos salpigx" (pronounced: sal-peeks). I believe the last trump is the sounding of the shorfar known as tekiah gedolah. Tekiah gedolah is the shorfar sounding which occurs at the conclusion of a Jewish Yom Kippur. (Day of Atonement) observance, and which later this year will occur on 9 October. Am I saying that the Harpazo will occur on 9 October, 2019? 

In order to fully preempt any misunderstanding, NO, that is not what is being stated here. Eschatology Today is simply pointing out that a human sounding of the shofar tekiah gedolah will next be heard on that date. The eschatos salpigx/last trump that we are eagerly anticipating is the trump of God (I Thessalonians 4:16-17). That final trump of God announces our departure and the arrival of the time of Israel's salvation in the blood of the Lamb of God during the Lord's judgments of the 70th Week.

Some brethren may ask, "But why not the shofar soundings during the Feast of Trumpets?" The Eschatology Today studied response is because those are teruah soundings of the shofar (Leviticus 23:24 and Numbers 29:1) and are soundings in preparation for Yom Kippur (Day of Atonement). But there's more to it than that.

The Day of Atonement is followed five days later by the Feast of Tabernacles (Festival of Booths, Feast of Ingathering, Sukkot), the seventh and final feast commanded by God to be observed by Israel. In ancient times Israel celebrated this feast by living in temporary shelters near the Temple in Jerusalem. Those temporary shelters are past as prologue types, much as the place (many mansions) that Jesus has prepared for His bride to abide in before returning with Him in the establishment of the Millennial Kingdom on the earth.

Eschatlogy Today stands in the expectation that the harpazo of the bride of Christ to occur at any instant, and thinks it interesting that the tekiah gedolah is the human-version of the trump of God sound to announce our departure from this earth. We believe that final trump of God will be heard throughout all Creation.

All These Things Be Fulfilled - A Clarification

4 August 2017: In January 2014 the third and final part of the "All These Things Be Fulfilled" series was posted. It seems several of us have confused what has been stated more recently on Eschatology Today regarding the Revelation 12 signs (yes, there are two signs) and the advent of the Harpazo (Rapture) and the duration of a generation specifics of Psalm 90:10. This post will hopefully clarify and bring cohesion of understanding - get us all on the proverbial same page, so to speak, and lift a type of fog of confusion that has unintentionally developed.

The best place to start, I think, would be to revisit the post linked above, as it dovetails nicely with the Breaking News Alert below and the content of what you are reading now. You'll note there are symbolic book ends referenced in the third paragraph. For your mind's eye I likened Gabriel's Daniel 9 "70 Weeks" prophecy and Jesus reiteration of it in His Olivet Discourse as a left-side book end. The right-side book end is then figuratively presented in the Harpazo of the Bride of Christ. 

This is also directly related to the "the fullness of the Gentiles has come in" which Paul wrote about in Romans 11:25, and which I reference constantly in Eschatology Today posts and commentary.  Who is the determining agency of when the "fullness of the Gentiles" has occurred? God the Father. What happens at that point? He sends His Son to collect those Gentiles, the dead and the living remnant, which is the Harpazo of the Bride of Christ. 

What I was hoping that folks would see is that these figurative book ends hold the entirety of the Age of Grace, the Church Age of the Bride of Christ, between them. At that point in time we are all, those raised from death and the living, are in the many mansion of our Lord's Father's house in Heaven, where time no longer exists. 

Hopefully the fog of confusion is beginning to lift.

So what has the Psalm 90:10 70 years and 80 years of strength got to do with this? With respect only to the Bride of Christ and the her Harpazo from this earth by our Lord Jesus Christ, absolutely nothing. God the Father is not dependent on the Scripture he inspired the psalmist to write in determining when to send His Son for us. Since the moment of Jesus ascension into Heaven the age of the Grace has always had an imminent ending in the Harpazo of the bride. Imminence of the Harpazo has always been our doctrine. The Father, in His sovereignty as God, could have sent Jesus to collect the bride at any time when He determined the fullness of Gentiles being grafted into the Holy family tree was completed. So, the Harpazo is external to the temporal limits of 70 or 80 years. In fact, there should be no question in anyone's mind that our Harpazo will occur prior to the 80th year of this generation. This is not date setting, but an absolute certainty based upon Scripture that the bride of Christ will be kept from - rescued from - all judgments to be brought upon the nations of the earth during the 70th Week.

And what of the Revelation 12 signs? They are a sign. They also have nothing directly to do with the day or the hour of the Harpazo. That in and of itself would constitute a third sign to the Adversary, no? So, Revelation 12 reveals signs. What are signs? Signs are indications... signs are warnings of the things which will occur after it. Indications & Warnings. This blog is filled with these two terms over the past 8 years. Indications and Warnings are precisely what John of Patmos was told to write down in the forward to The Revelation of Jesus Christ, a/k/a The Apocalypse: "The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave Him to show His servants—things which must shortly take place."  In Revelation 12 John tells us point blank what is to happen following the occurrence of the first sign. Thing thing here is that Revelation 12 strongly infers to the occurrence Harpazo of the bride of Christ. It infers only and does not directly state so. We should know this because as Berean's we have already searched the rest of the Scriptures for the truth of the matter.

To repeat what I wrote in the linked post above, the time for a decision for Jesus Christ if you have not already done so is right here, right now; because in one instant, no one knows exactly when except God the Father, a transition will occur. In this transition the Age of Grace will end and the finite era of Divine Judgment will come upon this earth without any further indications or warnings. 

The Significant Issues With Bill Salus' 'Gap Theory'

16 June 2017: Is there something in the water? One has to wonder when a growing number of prophecy teachers slide into teaching things which the Holy Spirit immediately recoils from as being inconsistent with the discernment He has always provided. The bottom line here is that, and this is said in the brotherly love of Christ Jesus: such teaching is man-made and is not of the Holy Spirit. Indeed, in prayerful dealing with this issue I was led by the Spirit to 1 Peter 4: 7-11.

The issue at the head here is that our brother Bill Salus has been teaching things which are contrary to the above linked passage from Peter, and contrary, in my view, to Revelation 22:18-19. 

A recent advertisement heralded across the web by Bill Salus "Revealed Tonight on National TV - The Nation Discovers What The Bible Reveals is the True Content of the False Covenant Between Israel and the Harlot of Mystery Babylon." The program was a pre-recorded discussion between Gary Stearman and Bill Salus on Gary's half-hour Prophecy Watchers program. 

In all actuality the program is a discussion on Bill's beliefs (i.e. "I believe") in which the unstated details require the reader to purchase Bill's most recent book in order to read about them. We are asked up front to accept as fact that what is stated by Bill is correct exegesis, even though he acknowledges that our likely reaction to the theory he puts forward is a rather lengthy stretch from proper hermeneutic of the various prophecies discussed. The YouTube version of half-hour program is linked above.

Readers who've long been visiting Eschatology Today know there are two types of prophetic interpretation and they are diametrically opposed to each other. The two types are (1) proper exegesis, which solidly rests upon careful, objective study as well as one or more gifts of the Holy Spirit for discernment, and (2) eisegesis, which is based on a very subjective personal reading of the prophetic text in which the author intends to lead the reader into the conclusion, or interpretation he has drawn. We know well the result of when the infallible Holy Spirit leads, and when the fallible man leads. The former is proper hermeneutic exegesis in communion with Scripture and the latter is personal eisegesis.

Three key points of what Salus teaches in this video are as follows. 

A) Bill Salus is teaching that there is an undetermined amount of additional time between the Harpazo of the bride of Christ and the start of the 70th Week (i.e. the confirming of the covenant among many by the Antichrist per Daniel 9:27). This is Salus' so-called 'Gap Theory' which theorizes an additional dispensation of time between the current Church Age and Israel's 70th Week.

B) Bill Salus is teaching that Jesus opens the first five of the Seven Seals prior to the start of the 70th Week; that the four horsemen of the apocalypse, (i.e Divine judgment), are loosed upon the world prior to the start of the 70th Week. This teaching also includes opening of the Fifth Seal which martyrs who have died for their faith in Christ Jesus prior to the advent of the 70th Week. This teaching destroys the integrity of the 70 Weeks prophecy of Daniel 9:24-27.

C) Bill Salus is teaching that it is the Harlot of Revelation 17 and the rider of the fourth pale horse, ridden by Death and followed by Hades (Sheol), are "the many" who Israel makes a covenant with that is confirmed by the Antichrist for 7 years.

These three are primary points and are directly linked to other points, as mentioned before, which are not discussed at length in the video, and do require a monetary remittance in order to learn of them in the newest Bill Salus' book. I strongly disagree with our brethren having to pay for that which God has ostensibly revealed to us through Bill Salus' theory because it is an eisegesis until proven to be hermeneutic exegesis.

Here, in a nutshell - because this is a blog and not a book - is the problem with this teaching. Right from the start this teaching grossly violates the integrity of the God-breathed 70 Weeks prophecy (Daniel 9:24-27). I'm going to concentrate on this issue for the moment. 

The violation is that prior to the sequential string of Jesus' judgments on the earth (Seals, Trumpets, Bowls per Revelation 6, 8, 11 and 16) during the of 70th Week, according to Salus, our Lord Jesus cuts loose the Antichrist who immediately goes out conquering an to conquer; the red horse whose release triggers a world war; the black horse which is rampant monetary inflation and/or price gouging from the scarcity of commodities due to of global warfare and the interruption of global trade and commerce; and, finally the pale horse ridden by Death and followed by Hades, which are the results of the global war, starvation and death that consumes a quarter of the earth.

Why is this a problem? It is a problem because these are Jesus judgments occurring prior to the 70th Week. How did the angel Gabriel explain to Daniel what the specific purpose of the 70 Weeks was? Daniel 9:24. So how can there be judgment prior to the 70th Week. 69 weeks were completed, and leaves but one week, the 70th to fulfill the purpose of 70 Weeks, not 70 Weeks plus a year, or two years, three, four or more. 70 Weeks. This is how Bill Salus' current eisegesis attempts to destroy the God-breathed sanctity of the 70th Week. it is a horrendous thing to do in my opinion.

So here, according to Bill Salus, are 5 of 7 Seal Judgments occurring outside of and prior to the 70th Week. Then the Lamb of God opens the 6th and 7th Seals within the 70th Week. Continuity here, anyone? No, there is no continuity here. There is no integrity. Five seals of judgment upon the earth opened by the Lamb of God prior to, and two within along with the remainder of sequential Trumpet and Bowl judgments which occur uninterrupted. 

Then we have the problem of the 5th Seal occurring after the Rapture and prior to the 70th Week according to Bill Salus theory. In this aspect of his gap theory the Harpazo, {a/k/a the Rapture, and also known in Hebrew as the Laqach, i.e. the LORD God's taking of Enoch and Elijah} of the dead and living Bride of Christ has occurred. The physically dead in Christ have been raised to life in their new, immortal bodies and those alive on the earth were changed to their immortal bodies in the twinkling of an eye. In a microsecond of time all of the saints are now with Christ forever more. But wait... here prior to the 70th Week there's suddenly another group of martyred souls under the altar who've been murdered, martyred, for the word of God and their testimony. 

How can this be? The dead in Christ were raised to incorruptible bodies just prior to this point in the future, so who has murdered these redeemed Christian brethren enmasse because they've preached the word of God as their testimony? The cannot be the 144,000 as they've not yet been selected from the 12 tribes of Israel, nor can they be those 70th Week saints who are martyred for Christ during the 70th Week. So, who are these saints? Bill Salus has no answer for this equally critical flaw in his gap theory. Get that? A flawed theory. Since when does the Holy Spirit reveal flawed prophetic theories or interpretations to men? Simple answer brothers and sisters: He doesn't reveal flawed anything; His word and testimony are inerrant.

Another item. The 70th Week comes in two halves. 1,260 days each, for a total of precisely 2,520 days, which we are also told by Bible prophecy will be shortened in order that the 70th Week does not become a 7-year long extinction level event for human life on the earth. And by the way, there is a gap, two gaps in fact, but they both occur after the 70th Week has taken place. Gabriel also informed Daniel (Daniel 12:11-12) there would be an additional gap of 30 days (one additional month) followed by another gap of 15 more days, for a total gap of 45 days following the 70th Week. So, there's a 45-day gap at the end of the 70th Week according to the angel Gabriel. 

Here's something else that I find to be a problem with Salus' gap theory. He says the first five seals are opened before the 70th Week begins. Where in the God-breathed text of Revelation 5 or 6 is this stated with the certitude of Salus' assertion?

In Revelation 5 (read this carefully!) the scroll is seen by John in the right hand of God. This scroll is written on both sides of its surface. This means the entire scroll is one continuous document which is sealed with seven (also obviously visible to John) seals along its outer leading edge (see the image above).

The Lamb of God takes this sealed scroll from the right hand of God the Father who is seated on His throne. The 24 elders - who are redeemed men - then fall down in worship. 

Jesus the Lamb of God was worthy to look at, recieve and open the seven seals on the scroll upon His ascension into Heaven. 

John sees each Seal being opened by the Lamb, and as each of the first four Seals is opened each of the four living creatures tells John in sequence, "Come and see." And immediately John sees a vision of what is within the text of that Seal.  

The 5th and 6th Seals are revealed straight away to John, and they are, as the first four are, FUTURE EVENTS which take place during the 70th Week and NOT PRIOR TO IT! 

Also, there is Revelation 7:1-3 where all of the aforementioned Seals are held from occurring until AFTER the 144,000 of all Israel have had the Seal of God placed upon their forehead. 

This completes my refutation of Bill Salus' "gap theory."

Thinking cap time. As the prophet Isaiah wrote, "Come now, and let us reason together." Would not Gabriel have given Daniel detailed prophetic instruction from the LORD God of any gap of time (days, weeks, months or years)  to exist after the Harpazo but prior to the 70th Week? Would the angel Gabriel have withheld this kind of detail when such exquisite detail about the week and its immediate 45-day day aftermath were given?  And why, oh why, did the Holy Spirit speaking through Paul in II Thessalonians 2:3 not mention even a single word about a gap of time containing five Seal Judgments of the Lord Jesus Christ along with a Great Apostasy and full revealing of Antichrist in his own time? 

If you are like me, and many other of our brethren, the believing in and teaching of this kind of eschatology is very problematic, and we have strong objections to it. Aside of the above stated issues, my objection is centered first and foremost upon the sum of this erroneous teaching, taken from Revelation 5, 6, 7 and 17, and it is contrary to the warning given in Revelation 22:18-19. I do not intend to belabor this issue further, and would prefer to dust off my sandals and move forward in my own labors,. I prefer to allow the reader to determine what they will about this. 

Global SITREP C3-17: The Harpazo

UPDATED (BELOW) 8 May 2017: I was researching something and came across what may be a very important article by Don Koenig (The Prophetic Years) with an included excerpt by the late Jack Kelley (GraceThruFaith). I could not wait to post this find much longer than I have, which as of right now is four hours.

The crux of this 2009 article is about how the Harpazo (Rapture) of the bride of Christ might well occur on a Pentecost Sunday. This struck me immediately as something I had not considered before, primarily because I'm one of those who always thought the Harpazo would occur on the Feast of Trumpets. After reading this article and Jack Kelley's excepts on the topic and knowing that the Revelation 12 sign occurs this September... well, the hair stood up on my forearms! Jesus was right, He will come for us when we least expect it, or at least when I had least expected it.

So, I immediately looked at Pentecost Sundays going forwards from this year to 2021. Here's what I found. Pentecost occurs this year on June 4th. In 2018 on May 20th. In 2019 of June 9th. in 2020 on May 31st, and in 2121 on May 23rd. This is keeping with no one knowing the day or the hour except the Father, so no one accuse me of date setting.

Here's some interesting points made to whet your appetite for doing some personal Berean research on this subject.  Pentecost always occurs 7 weeks following Resurrection Sunday (I do not call it Easter). So on the 8th Sunday every year following Resurrection Sunday Pentecost Sunday occurs. 

Pentecost occurs on the same day as the Festival of Weeks, Shavuot in Judaism, which is also known as the Festival of the Harvest. (If that's not a subtle hint, I don't know what one is.) The word Pentecost comes from the Greek Pentecostos, meaning 50. Jesus promised the Holy Spirit, and the Spirit came down and the bride of Christ was created on the 50th day after Our Lord's Ascension. The anniversary of the start of the Six Day War on June 5, 1967 marks its 50th occurrence this year. It was during the Six Day War in 1967 in which Israel took control of all of Jerusalem. The day prior to this year's anniversary beginning on Monday, June 5 is the Pentecost Sunday noted above. Just something interesting to which I actually attach no significance, its just something interesting at this point.

Enoch of the Old Testament was born on the day that would become Pentecost. Enoch was Harpazoed into Heaven by God on his birthday. Pentecost occurs smack dab in the middle of the six other. It is the day that Moses received the Law on Mt. Sinai from God. Pretty significant day down through the ages, all things considered!  There is only one embedded link above and I urge everyone to check it out. Update 29 May 2017: The Scripture of 2 Kings 2, as looked at previously on Eschatology Today, is a unique and the first detailed look at the Harpazo of a living human being. We're now going to look at some of those details.

The Harpazo of the prophet Elijah is the subject this chapter. It begins in a place called Gilgal, which is the name of the location of the first permanent camp established by the Israelite's after they crossed the Jordan River (Joshua 4:19-5:12; 9:6 and 10:6). This is also the location where Israel observed the very first Passover after crossing the Jordan in what is today modern Israel. Gilgal is also the location where many of Israel's prophets lived (2 Kings 4:38) and this located is not too far north of Bethel (Beyth-'El - "house of God). The prophets who lived in Gilgal "went down" to Bethel. The word gilgal also means a circle, or a wheel, something which rolls away.

So, in the first two verses we see Elijah, accompanied by Elisha, were engaged in a short journey from Gilgal down to Bethel. Elijah actually had wanted Elisha to tarry, to wait in Gilgal, while he went on alone to Bethel, but Elisha would have none of that and insisted on accompanying Elijah, so they made the trip together. Verse three is where it gets really interesting. Here the "sons of prophets" come north from Bethel to meet Elisha on the road, and they tell him point blank, "Do you know that God will take away (Laqach) your master (Elijah) from you this day." Elisha responds, "Yes, I know, and you should be silent."

The word Laqach is the exact same Hebrew word as found in Genesis 5:24 which describes Enoch's being taken by God straightaway into Heaven. In this sense the word Laqach is clearly the Hebrew equivalent of Harpazo or Rapture, and why I capitalize it here. So this Scripture tells us that not only did most of the inhabitants of Bethel know beforehand that God was going to take Elijah into heaven that day, but so did Elijah and Elisha. 

But the journey is not over yet and again Elijah tells Elisha to tarry again, this time in Bethel while he continues on alone to Jericho. Again, Elisha will have none of that, so on they go together to Jericho. However, this time fifty of the sons of the prophets of Bethel go also, but stand off at some distance to observe Elijah and Elisha who soon arrive at the Jordan River. It is here that Elijah removes his mantle, the garment or cloak of a prophet, and in his last act of a miracle violently strikes the Jordan River with it and the waters part so the two of them can cross on dry ground to the east bank.

It is here on the eastern bank of the Jordan River that Elijah suddenly asks of Elisha what he can do for him before his Laqach takes place. Elisha asks for a double portion of the (Ruwach) Spirit within Elijah. And Elijah says, "That's a difficult thing you ask. But if you see me as I am taken, it will be so; but if you do not see me being taken then it will not recieve it. 

So, the two of them trek onward in private conversation on the eastern side of the Jordan River when suddenly a chariot of fire (a flaming vehicle) as a horse leaping (skipping like a swallow in flight) which split the two of them from the side of the other and immediately Elijah is Laqach into Heaven by a tornado-like storm. Elisha witnesses the Laqach of Elijah with his own eyes. Elisha declares the vehicle to be "the chariot of God prevails" (rekeb Yisra'el). 

And what does Elisha notice right away after ripping his own robe into two halves? Elijah's mantle, the cloak of a prophet, lies on the ground where second before his father had stood. And Elisha takes it up, going back to the Jordan River and in his first miraculous act he strikes the water violently with the cloak and it parts again so he can cross over to the west bank on dry ground. 

Then again on the way back Elisha is met by the fifty sons of prophets, and they prostrate themselves before him, yet they not do not believe Elijah was Laqach up to God in Heaven. These fifty sons of prophets demand to send out a search party to locate Elijah. Now these are the same fifty sons of prophets who had previously asked Elisha if he knew that God would take Elijah that same day; now they simply do not believe what they've seen from a distance at Jericho. So they beg Elisha to allow the fifty of them to search for Elijah; Elisha says to equivalent of, "Don't bother." Yet these fifty persist and pester and eventually Elisha relents and they are sent out to search. Three days later they return having found nothing, and Elisha says to them the modern equivalent of "See, I told you not to waste your time."

Elisha has clearly been given his request of a doubled portion of the Spirit (Ruwach) and he performs the second miracle of his young ministry as a prophet of God by healing the waters of the spring at Jericho.

What might the lessons here be for the bride of Christ as we know our Harpazo approaches? I'll not say, but ask that you each ask the Lord what lessons there are. Is there anything the Father will not give to those of His children who ask?

Global SITREP A2-16: The Groom is Coming for His Bride

06 January 2016: This is likely the most important ten-minute instructional video ever presented on Eschatology Today. And a big Thank You to KenB who brought this to my attention earlier today! 

If you have been following the informal comments section of SITREP E10-15 where the subject of when Groom arrives for His Bride at the Harpazo has been discussed in detail over the past few days, then you will find what Messianic Rabbi Daniel Thomson has to say about that coming monumental moment in time to be exceptionally fulfilling. 

This entire video is an absolute blessing, but I would ask all to pay extra close attention beginning at about the 6-minute mark. That's where the teaching begins which makes the 8-minute mark so significant and is spot-on with the tremendous significance of Genesis 7:4 as the leading edge prophetic template for the Harpazo and what will happen at that time. 

Post Script 27 January 2016: Normally I put updates to the top of a given SITREP, but not this time. This update is a Post Scriptum, a PS. 

What has been presented to me in unrelenting fashion by the Holy Spirit over the past three weeks is an increasing burden about Noah's instruction from God in Genesis 7:4 "For after seven more days I will cause it to rain on the earth forty days and forty nights..." Noah was informed by God in advance (7 days) of the coming judgment. In the Jewish betrothal, as seen in both of the italicized underlined words above... the virgin bride did have foreknowledge of the imminent arrival of the torch-lit procession of her bridegroom.

Underpinning this is the knowledge that Noah and the Ark/Flood were an illustrative type foreshadowing of the Rapture; just as the historical figure Antiochus IV Epiphanes of the Macedonian-Greek Seleucid Empire was an illustrative foreshadowing of the coming Antichrist... and just as the Jewish betrothal custom was an illustrative type foreshadowing of the coming Harpazo.

In Jesus' ten virgins parable the five virgins (lamps lit with oil) went out to meet the arriving procession of the bridegroom. In Matthew 25:6 the virgins are alerted to the fact that the bridegroom's procession was coming - it had not arrived yet, but it was coming - as in enroute to where the bride was. This teaching is echoed by Messianic Rabbi Daniel Thomson in the video above.

Jesus says we, His bride indwelt by the Holy Spirit, are to watch, to be prepared at all times for His coming at the Harpazo. What are we watching for but signs of His coming for us!

In Matthew 24:36-39 Jesus teaches, "But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be."   Indeed!
 

This statement is specific to the Harpazo.  In the days before the flood (judgment) life was going on as usual in the world, right up until Noah entered the ark - but Noah had 7 days advance notice according to Genesis 7:4!  It was the doomed who were totally ignorant!

Again, we, the bride of Christ are commanded in multiple ways and multiple times by our Lord and Savior to watch for His coming. Are we commanded by Him to watch for an event which occurs in a microsecond? NO! We cannot possibly see that. What we the indwelt temples of the Holy Spirit are exhorted to do is to watch closely for His coming prior to that instant in time!!!

Then we come to Jesus teaching of Matthew 24:43: "But know this, that if the master of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched and not allowed his house to be broken into."

In His very next breath Jesus teaches the parable about the faithful and wise servant and evil servants. Who is it that is completely caught unaware of the day and hours of the master's coming? The evil sinner servant. 

But the faithful and wise servant was not caught unaware was he.

These parables are instructions to the bride of Christ emphasizing that we are to watch for our Groom's coming for the Harpazo. We already know that we're in the season, but we're not looking for the day or hour... we're supposed to be looking for the sign of His coming... the procession of the Bridegroom.

I have been burdened and do believe though this study that the bride will receive immediate for knowledge of His coming, and we will be ready, out to meet Him, our lamps lit and full of oil.

For many years, decades worth of years, I blindly accepted what I had been taught by a host of Bible teachers, just as we have all been taught for many decades by a great many teachers, as virtual doctrine if you will allow, that the Harpazo will be a "secret" Harpazo; that it will be a signless, unheralded event.  

That was then. 

Within the past month all of this former teaching has been re-instructed by the Holy Spirit through multiple Scriptures. I now firmly believe that many of us have received and accepted a fairly significant interpretive inaccuracy regarding the Harpazo, in that what we've been taught is purely an interpretation that came from well-meaning men. At this time the Holy Spirit has been instructing via whole cloth Scripture to teach the truth of the matter. 

Why now? Perhaps it is because the time is right for an instructional correction regarding the Harpazo.

I now firmly believe that just as the ancient Hebrews we're led out of Egypt, across and down the length of Sinai by an unmistakable visible sign, the Amud Anan (Pillar of Cloud), the bride of Christ will also receive very visible signs of the coming of the Lord for the Harpazo. I am absolutely certain that in our obedience to the Lord's command to watch we literally have to look up into the sky, day or night, to see what it is that will be a sign for us for this blessed event.

This is where this dutiful Spirit-led Berean dove in and searched Scripture. Accordingly, I think it will be exactly as Jesus said in Luke 21:25, we will receive extraordinary, and very likely naked-eye visual indications in the sun, in the moon and in (a certain constellation of) the stars." These specific and highly probably unprecedented signs are to occur in conjunction with a time of  synochē and aporia (Greek, meaning: acute distress and confusion) among the gentile nations. This visual signs activity is also in conjunction with turmoil in the regions of the Mediterranean and Red Seas. Seen a newspaper or a media report recently about this kind of problem in Europe coming from the Middle East? I have, and I know you have as well, especially if you have read this blog for more than the past month or so.

A coronal hole in the sun this large has got to get your attention, right?

When it comes to an unprecedented sign in the sun I have noticed that there have recently occurred great black voids, massive coronal holes, in the sun's surface. These voids are many thousands of times the size of the earth. They cannot be missed via our current technological means of observation of the helios. If you are not awed immediately, please have a doctor check your body for a pulse. The most recent of these holes to appear was just last October. It was one-quarter of the sun's visible surface. Yes, Lord, you have my attention!

So, now I look for something to occur with the moon and one or more of the twelve constellations. I happen to think or have the impression that Orion may be worth watching. At the present and for near foreseeable future the flood across the Mediterranean Sea of people from the Middle East certainly is causing distress and confusion, which will likely increase as time progresses into this year.
