11 February 2026: USS George H.W. Bush (CVN 77) CSG-10 has been ordered to deploy to the Middle East by the POTUS. CSG-10 is currently in the Atlantic Ocean. This deployment will place the air and naval power of two carrier battle groups, and likely two or more fast attack submarines, in striking distance of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Iranian negotiators will also have one last opportunity to agree to the terms presented.
