UPDATED 18 December 2025: Most readers may have long since forgotten Global SITREP A6:16 which focused on the regional superpower triparty alliance of Israel, Greece and Cyprus. Just shy of a decade since the alliance was initiateded it has now officially established a joint Rapid Reaction Force (RRF).
The RRF initially numbers 2,500 personnel, 1000 from the IDF, 1000 from Greece and 500 from Cyprus. It will have a two-squadron air force, one each from Israel (F-35 Adir) and the Hellenic Air Force (F-16C/D); a surface and subsurface naval element, and multiple brigades of land forces to include special operations elements. The RRF fundamentally alters the military balance of power in the central and eastern Mediterranean Sea and the Middle East as a whole.
A Rapid Reaction Force of this size is only intended to preempt kinetic enemy action or to serve as a trip-wire for the introduction of larger, more capable forces to confront an enemy.
21 December 2025: The wise are paying attention to the so-called rumors of renewed war against the Twelver-led Islamic Republic of Iran. They are not rumors, they are decisive Orders Of Battle (OOB) to eliminate the growing ballistic missile threat and the remaining 60% HEU the Twelvers possess.
In the much too brief June 2025 war Israel destroyed only those ballistic missiles deployed out of their protective underground tunnel systems. Those missiles which remained in the tunnels survived intact and operational. The war was forcibly truncated so that Trump could declare victory and "peace in the Middle East." Just because Trump said something was so doesnt mean it actually was so.
The point here is that the surviving missiles are being renovated and upgraded swiftly with an emphasis on their warhead's destructive power over CEP accuracy. Renovated and new production are approaching a rate of 2,000 per month since September 2025. The bulk of the 60% HEU, and many centrifuge cascades, survived the US strikes on the Natanz, Fordo and Isfahan facilities.
According to IDF radio PM Netanyahu will brief President Trump on Monday, 29 December at Mar-A-Lago, Florida. The U.S. has a good idea of Israel's new OOB, and Trump has played down the Netanyahu briefing; he's not one to thoroughly walk back his declarations of total destruction last summer. Netanyahu is prepared to say that Israel's OOB is a go-it-alone plan; that the US can participate because Iran also threatens it in the region and elsewhere. The timing of a unilateral Israeli strike is on a short fuse.

FINAL UPDATE 29 December 2025: As the world-at-large prepares to celebrate the arrival of 2026 AD with fireworks, parades, concerts, pageantries and parties, it will do so while ensconced in grand delusion. Global peace is not on the horizon, global war is.
Communist China has made clear to subdue Taiwan by force within two years time. Russia has no intention of ending its warwith Ukraine, the deployment of nuclear forces into Byelorussia (Belarus) is far from being a peaceful overture. Iran, according to the IAEA, retains the capability to produce multiple nuclear weapons. Iranian dissidents report the IRGC is also feverishly constructing biological and chemical warheads for its newly refurbished ballistic missiles. North Korea's "Rocketman" has nukes in abundance and nuclear submarines to deliver them from one end to the other of the Pacific Ocean's aptly-named "Ring of Fire." All of this is in addition to the simmering conflicts across Africa, South and Southeast Asia as well as South America.
Sounds like a good reason to celebrate, right? But then, what happens according to Holy Scripture the world almost universally ignores as myth or fable? The wars erupt and a messianic figure and a false soothsayer arise and the thoroughly deluded masses of planet Earth shout "Peace and Safety, Peace and Safety!!" The world may hardly even notice the sudden absence of the Christians they love to hate, but they'll then dive head first in a feeding frenzy into the earthly wealth left behind.
Well, perhaps there is something to joyously celebrate after all - our soon and sudden departure to be with the LORD forever more.

Unstable regimes often resort to war to mask the plague of problems they have. History is full of examples.

DeleteNo, it has not because Daniel 11 is a dual prophecy.
Daniel 11 involves both the Macedonian-Seleucid monarch Antiochus IV Epiphanes in 168-167 BC (the precursor of Antichrist) and the real Antichrist yet to be revealed.
In 168-67 BC Antiochus was opposed by the Roman army which arrived in Egypt from Cyprus. Antiochus dared not cross a line drawn in the sand by the Roman consul. In a rage he returned to Jerusalem and defiled the 2nd Temple. This was a foreshadowing of what the Antichrist will do during the 70th Week of Years.

Here's something I been thinking about, in 7 years it'll be 2033, I'm not saying there harpazo will occur in 2026, but I'm thinking it's going to be a prophetically significant year. If Jesus rose in 33 A.D I wonder if the Anti-Christ will stage his resurrection in 2033. Regardless, I think 2026 will be a bumpy year

ReplyDeleteIn all of Scripture we only find prophetic accounts of blood red water in the text of The Apocalypse (Revelation) of Jesus Christ.
ALL of those events occur during the 70th Week (the Thlipsis/Megas Thlipsis or Tribulation/Great Tribulation); they are Divine Judgments and there are exactly zero foreshadowing events of them prior to the 70th Week.
Amen, Brother Sean. With regards to this body of water in Iran turning red…I am certain that I have seen reports of this happening multiple times over the years. I am no scientist, to be sure… but sometimes things like this seem to happen during specific seasons year after year. Lots of rain, iron rich soil…oxidation. We do the body of Christ, and those who are watching us (unsaved) the great disservice of always ringing the alarm bells…instead of thoughtfully examining the facts. Could these times offer us a God-given opportunity to share with others what will happen during the Tribulation? Absolutely! And we *should* share our knowledge about coming events… but not with suspicion, hysterics and/or undue drama.
DeleteThe Bible tells us not to go seeing conspiracies, but to be settled upon the immutable truth of Gods Word. (Isaiah 8:11-18) When we delve into conspiracy theories of every shade, then that’s all we see everywhere, all the time.
I don’t think that’s what the Lord wants from us. Wise as serpents, harmless as doves…yes. Conspiracy nuts…no. It’s generally a good idea to know what people are talking about, and to be educated about topics like this so that we can respond to the glory of God in these situations. But we really need to make serious efforts to guard our hearts and our mouths so that we don’t make the cross of Christ ridiculous. God forbid.
E Tallent Exactly. your mention of conspiracies and the unsaved watching us always ringing the alarm bells is one of many reasons some churches stay away from teaching prophecy. That's the reason why I stayed with this blog from the beginning. I don't think i can name one time when this blog has done that. LETS STICK TO THE SCRIPTURE. You hit the nail directly on the head

There are very few who stick to scriptures. I can't say enough how much i appreciate that. That's why I'm still here after 17 years, and I'm sure many of the readers here would say the same thing.

Amen, and agreed. We remain thankful for the efforts Brother Sean regularly displays to rightly divide God’s Word. It is indicative of a prayerful approach, with the Holy Spirit leading. Health issues prevent me from attending my beloved local church in person, more than four or five times a year. This blog has been instrumental for me in Godly instruction, exhortation, and fellowship. Again, I’m thankful.
DeleteI am the first to admit being bamboozled by outlandish conspiracy theories over the years…until the Lord graciously used my own son to wake me up to the foolishness of looking to men’s opinions rather than Gods Word. I am thankful for that.
Here is the passage in Isaiah that I mentioned above, if anyone is interested in reading it. I go back to it often, as a very good reminder, and am thankful for the thoroughness of Scripture to include language such as this.
Isaiah 8:11-22

Sean I once commented about the whole earth rejoicing when … you said the whole earth would rejoice when the two witnesses were killed etc. I found the reference to the passage I was talking about and maybe you could expound on it. It’s Ezekiel 35:14 it says “thus says the Lord God: the whole earth will rejoice when I make you desolate”. The passage is about Mount Seir. Who is Mount Seir and has this prophecy in this passage come to pass yet?

What does this passage mean? And what is the implication of this prophecy? Jordan doesn’t even seem on the radar as far as event right now in Israel.

Aside from that, Eschatology Today has presented a dozen or more SituationReports over the past 10 years at a minimum that are replete with prophetic Scripture references (as well as secular reports) pointing to a "great upheaval" that will overwhelm Jordan. Psalm 83 is just the tip of a prophecy iceberg on this subject. Here is one SITREP from 2017 that I've pulled from the Eschatology Today archives to get you started:

This morning (24 Dec) Israel executed preemptive air strikes across much of southern Lebanon against newly refurbished rocket launch platforms and other Hezbollah terrorist infrastructure. IDF ground forces located and eliminated Hezbollah terrorists across southern Lebanon who were constructing or repairing terror infrastructure. All of these things are contrary to the Israel-Lebanon ceasefire (hudna) agreement.

Last we checked there was no such thing as a HAMAS/PIJ Air Force. Egypt has deployed newly delivered Chinese Anti-Aircraft missile systems close to the Israeli border. These AA systems have a 300km range to engage enemy (IAF) aircraft. Contrary to the 1979 peace treaty and its appendices.
Wonder how long they'll last. 100% not being flippant, but I wouldn't rate Chinese platforms (usually knock-offs) against IAF / IDF countermeasures. Syrians found that out a few years ago. Bro. Steve

DeleteI've always believed Jeremiah's prophecy begins its fulfillment prior to Psalm 83 simply because Persia is completely absent from the Psalm 83 beligerent nations, but appears again as a second-rate power in the post-Psalm 83 events of Ezekiel 38/39. I still believe it and see this since June 2025 as a prophecy in the process of being fulfilled.

I don't see any in the Leadership role that has that charisma except Pres. Trump. I don't believe it to be him but a precursor, which has been said here before. 2026 should be interesting.
