Update 23 August 2022: It's as if certain anticipated events are in a holding pattern, which Eschatology Today views as the Restrainer being actively engaged in restraining evil forces. Human tongues continue to wag with incessant and relentless threats of violence (wars and rumors of wars) and it seems in several arenas the world stands on the top end of slippery slopes to disaster - in the WESTPAC, in Ukraine, Serbia-Kosovo, the Horn of Africa and all around Israel, most notably in the north. Any one of these points of conflict could erupt without notice, and particularly in Ukraine in less than 24 hours from now and in Lebanon within the next nine days. In the meantime we'll look to the East with the next SITREP.
8 August 2022: Per the IDF, Operation Breaking Dawn is officially ended in a cease fire - as long as Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) holds its rocket fire. PIJ is a proxy for the Islamic Republic of Iran, so whatever quiet has been bought with Egyptian promises (to release PIJ operative Bassam al-Saadi) is tenuous at best. So, the question is, what next? A nuclear Iran? Hezbollah's threats of war? Temple Mount? It occurs that while we have multiple God-breathed prophecies there is no way for anyone to know, much less accurately speculate about what is next. For that we'll have to keep watching in real-time. It won't be long.
There will be a separate SITREP when the PRC PLA launches an attack on Taiwan, or as some have suggested, a "Pearl Harbor-like" preemptive strike against the U.S. Navy's 7th Fleet.

I'm not sure what the USA would do if China attacked Taiwan but in case of a strike at that fleet, they wont "sit that out". (but also, there's Japan possibly acting in case of an attack on Taiwan). So far, despite the volatile conditions and the constant sabre rattling, major powers/powerful countries seemed to tiptoe around directly clashing (and opening a "next level ww".)

I doubt China would be so foolish, the US navy could easily remove China's navy and that would leave only a nuclear option.
ReplyDeleteI think this proves out by recent events of China bombing all around Tiawan, their tempor tantrum is no different than North Korea. To me it appears China is already succeeding in bringing the U.S.A down from within by funding those who can make policies against the American people's interest.
Why jeopardize that by a direct confrontation.

DeleteIt means that the PRC PLA intend to expand outwards into the WESTPAC beyond the island of Taiwan.
They intend to fully control the Japanese Senkaku islands north of Taiwan, and Philippine islands south of Taiwan.
They will strike Guam and American bases in Japan and South Korea. The WESTPAC will become a Communist Chinese lake.
The PLA's military invasion and conquest of Taiwan is written into the constitution of the PRC. It is inviolable Chinese Communist law.
The sooner America understands this objective the better.

The message essentially implied that Christians were hypocrites for voting for what this person felt was "Not Christ-Like."

ReplyDeleteRussia simply cannot win its war with Ukraine; it will be forced into retreat or physically driven from currently occupied territory in comings weeks/months.
Ukraine has warned all civilians to stay clear of all invader Russian military bases, especially in Crimea**.
Ukraine intends to completely destroy the Crimea Bridge over the Kerch Strait. This would trap all Russian forces on the peninsula.
Special Note**
In ancient times (47BC - 340 AD) the Crimean Peninsula, known as Taurica back then, was part of the Roman Empire. So were settlement (colonies) at Odessa and Kherson. All these locations are where the current warfare of the Ukrainian counter-offensive is focused, empowered by Western military might.

Zaporizhzhia. The largest nuclear power plant (NPP) in Europe is "ground zero" in Russia's war of aggression and conquest against Ukraine. It's got many in Europe panicked about a nuclear disaster in the making as Russia has a battalion of mechanized troops using it as a shield.

Iran has omitted removal of the IRGC from its demands to reinstate the JCPOA agreement.

DeleteThere is no hint of Christ in the current administration and that sickens me as that office "represents" our nation, but I believe we serve a sovereign God who is in complete control of ALL things. Therefore Biden is where he is supposed to be. It's not about us, but about God and his plan. Similarly in scripture, Romans 9:17 "For Scripture says to Pharaoh: I raised you up for this very purpose, that I might display my power in you and that my name might be proclaimed in all the earth."
We're along for the ride and patiently waiting for Christ's return and our immediate rapture. In the meantime, be a light in the darkness, preach the gospel at all times so that you might save another's soul. As we all feel, we don't have much time left. Stay strong brothers and sisters.
