Global SITREP B11-13: "Come to Periscope Depth II..."

15 December 2013:  As we all know the world is under the full and sovereign control of the LORD God, and His will is being done in all things in these 'last days' prior to the advent of His Everlasting Kingdom. With this as our benchmark, it's time once again to come up to periscope depth. However, this time we're not going to necessarily take a look around at trends toward future events, but at a trio of items which are going on right here and now. Some of this unvarnished truth you might already be aware of, some of it not so much, or some of it never before. Whatever the case we all know that Jesus is Lord and He is coming soon! Marana'tha!

Nelson Mandela (boo, hiss) was big time in the news from his recent death nine days ago to his burial this morning in Qunu, South Africa. The corporate global media (which will soon be singing the praises of the Antichrist) was the vehicle by which the unwarranted praises of this man were sung with all of the revisionist historical aplomb and deception they could muster. Portrayed by them as a sainted martyr of the global community, he was in all actuality a world-class terrorist ("Winnie's Necklace") and communist revolutionary. He fought and labored not for the freedom of his fellow man, but for the enslavement of mankind under world communism. He held in the highest esteem and brotherhood people such as Fidel Castro, the communist enslaver of Cuba, and Yasser Arafat, the embodiment of Arab hatred of and wannabe destroyer of Israel. Nelson Mandela, truth be told, utterly despised the United States of America and our Constitution. He did not serve God, he served the father of lies. Despite the glowing priase of the corporate global media, Nelson Mandela's eternity is assured in a different venue.

The Islamic Republic of Iran walked out of the continuing nuclear discussions in Geneva this past Friday. I think this is a good thing and they should not be allowed to return as there is nothing good to be achieved from negotiations with islamic jihadists and apocalyptic terrorists. Aside from this, Seyed Hossein Mousavian, a former senior official in the Ayatollah's Surpeme National Security Council and close ally of current Iranian President Hassan Rouhani, confirmed during a recent conference in Manama, Bahrain that Iran can construct nuclear weapons "when we want." Tell us something we don't already know Seyed. Seyed Hossein Mousavian has been visiting research scholar at the Program on Science and Global Security within  Princeton University of New Jersey. While Princeton University is fond of heralding Mousavian's role as a former Iranian Ambassador to Germany, they are necessarily tight-lipped about his role as an Iranian regime assassin and murderer during the period of 1990-1997 when Germany forced him to return to Iran. So, why exactly was this miscreant Shi'a terrorist murderer allowed entry into the USA after Barack Hussein Obama's election in 2008?

I am trying to figure out why both Russian President Valdimir "Gog" Putin and Deputy Prime Minister Dimitry Rogozin both issued threats to nuke the United States of America this past week because they think the US will strike them first with conventional weapons via our developing non-nuclear Prompt Global Strike (PGS) system. Do they know something we don't, or is this the thanks we get for President Obama's now-infamous "re-set in relations" with the Soviet Union Russian Federation? Actually, truth be told again, the military and civilian officals of the Russian Federation have consistently and regularly threatened nuclear attack upon the US and our NATO alllies since 2008. Why? Because since Obama became the U.S. President he renounced and went on an international apology tour to disclaim previous U.S. foreign policy only to engage in or threaten illegal wars. Witness the illegal war against Libya (which brought us the fiasco of Benghazi), and he has threatened two others, the most recent against Syria (last fall) and Iran (future - to be determined). And let's not forget the massively expanded drone wars Obama is waging in Pakistan, Somalia and Yemen. It takes two to tango, so the saying goes, and Obama is doing his doggnoned best to provoke a foreign nuclear strike upon the U.S. Preemption is the name of the game in the present age. And also remember, Obama has done his level best to ensure that the U.S. has no allies in any future wars. Rampant spying on your allies is no way to treat your allies. Even Bill Clinton recent excoriated Obama for this insanity. And how Obama has dealt with Israel is enough to make anyone wretch, even the virulent anti-Netanyahu leftist camp at Haaretz who now admit that the U.S. lied to our Israeli allies.

And people wonder why there is no clear cut mention of the U.S. in 'last days' Bible prophecy. We the People have elected and then re-elected this wannabe king, and he's been busy about the business of destroying this country by any and all means at his disposal. Nelson Mandela would have loved Barack Hussein Obama.

  1. Totally agree Sean; thanks for bringing this rather sobering news to the forefront. With your geo-political research and Barnhardts' sobering analysis on the economy, indeed we are descending quite rapidly. I had hoped that the US was not mentioned due to the rapture but now, perhaps the Lords' judgement will be the reason. THX for being a Watchman.

  2. Sean,
I couldn't help but think this past week of the similarities between Mandela's funeral and Arafat's in 2004.

At times I feel like we're in some sort of twilight zone that so many can issue such high praise of such evil men.

Are there any other terrorists that the left has held in such high regard besides these two?

  3. Thank You! Thank You! Thank You! for telling the truth about Mandela. Proof that Mandela was a soldout leftist is that the worlds elite, from every spectrum, loved this demon.

  4. Roz,

I literally felt ill over the past week every time the evening news came on and the topic turned to Nelson Mandela.

Proof that Mandela was a communist came from his own lips. Here are a few choice examples:

Long live the Cuban revolution. Long live comrade Fidel Castro … Cuban internationalists have done so much for African independence, freedom and justice. We admire the sacrifices of the Cuban people in maintaining their independence and sovereignty in the face of a vicious imperialist campaign designed to destroy the advances of the Cuban revolution. We too want to control our destiny. … There can be no surrender. It is a case of freedom or death. The Cuban revolution has been a source of inspiration to all freedom-loving people.”

"The people of Asia and Africa have seen through the slanderous campaign conducted by the USA against the socialist countries. They know that their independence is threatened not by any of the countries in the socialist camp but by the USA, who has surrounded their continent with military bases. The communist bogey is an American stunt to distract the attention of the people of Africa from the real issue facing them, namely, American imperialism.”

“Under a Communist Party government, South Africa will become a land of milk and honey. Political, economic and social rights will cease to be enjoyed by whites only. They will be shared equally by whites and non-whites. There will be enough land and houses for all. There will be no unemployment, starvation and disease. Workers will earn decent wages; transport will be cheap and education free.”

These three above speak for themselves about who and what this man was. A godless communist.

“Yasser Arafat was one of the outstanding freedom fighters of this generation, one who gave his entire life to the cause of the Palestinian people.

This one is clear as a bell also because everybody knows that the Palestinian cause has always been about the destruction of the State of Israel and the annihilation of the Jewish people. They are modern-day Nazi's plain and simple.

  5. Mark,

Right off the top of my head, I would say the Left has also bequeathed international hero status upon these five:

    Che Guevara

    Fidel and Raul Castro

    Desmond Tutu (anti-Israel, anti-US)

    Mao Zedong

Ken Livingstone (a/k/a "Red Ken" is an ardent communist and life-long virulent anti-semite)

  6. Scipio,

Ann Barnhardt is inspirational. She is a truth-teller extraordinaire. Last I heard about her was the the government came down on her like a ton of bricks. She needs our prayers.

  7. Anyone wanting further non-revisionist reading material on Nelson Mandela and the origins of the Marxist African national Congress can click on the link below which will take you to a 14 December 2013 National Review Online (NRO) article by Andrew C. McCarthy:

    Remembering Mandela, without Rose-Colored Glasses

    Here's the article's introduction:

"Go safely Umkhonto. Umkhonto we Sizwe. We the members of the Umkhonto have pledged ourselves to kill them — kill the whites.” These are lyrics from the anthem of Umkhonto we Sizwe, or “Spear of the Nation.” The organization is better known as the MK, the military wing of the Marxist African National Congress (ANC). The MK was established by its commander, Nelson Mandela, to prosecute a terrorist war against South Africa’s racist apartheid regime.

Mandela had been out of prison for about two years in September 1992 when, fist clenched in the “black power” salute, he was filmed singing the anthem with a number of his comrades. Interestingly, but not ironically, as Mandela and others repeated the refrain about killing Boer farmers, it was a white man who stood next to him, similarly clench-fisted and singing. The man’s name is Ronnie Kasrils. A Soviet-trained terrorist who helped Mandela found the MK, Kasrils was a member of the Central Committee of the South African Communist Party.

So was Mandela. No surprise there: Communism was, and remains, the animating ideology of the ANC. That makes it the enduring tragedy of South Africa.

As Andy cCarthy points out, both the mainstream liberal/leftist media as well as pseudo-Conservative media (such as FoxNews) fell over themselves not wanting to be left out of the... what was the terminology Andy used... "Mandela hagiography." (i.e. the idolizing biography of Communist-anointed Saint Mandela)

This concludes my observations of this part of SITREP B11-13 regarding this now dead communist terrorist chieftan.

There are bigger and more lethal issues before us... such as the Islamic Republic of Iran, Syria and Hezbollah of Lebanon. This is the direction watchmen should now be facing.

  8. Repeated incidents such as the killing of IDF Master Sgt. Shlomi Cohen in the Rosh Hanikra frontier with Lebanon, by a Lebanese soldier no less, are the type which can easily flare out-of-control and ignite a war such as that foretold in Joshua 13:1-7 (i.e. Joshua's and Israel unfinished business of the land yet to be possessed).

"Now Joshua was old, advanced in years. And the Lord said to him: “You are old, advanced in years, and there remains very much land yet to be possessed. This is the land that yet remains: all the territory of the Philistines and all that of the Geshurites, from Sihor, which is east of Egypt, as far as the border of Ekron northward (which is counted as Canaanite); the five lords of the Philistines—the Gazites, the Ashdodites, the Ashkelonites, the Gittites, and the Ekronites; also the Avites; from the south, all the land of the Canaanites, and Mearah that belongs to the Sidonians as far as Aphek, to the border of the Amorites; the land of the Gebalites, and all Lebanon, toward the sunrise, from Baal Gad below Mount Hermon as far as the entrance to Hamath; all the inhabitants of the mountains from Lebanon as far as the Brook Misrephoth (Misrephoth Maim), and all the Sidonians — them I will drive out from before the children of Israel; only divide it by lot to Israel as an inheritance, as I have commanded you. Now therefore, divide this land as an inheritance to the nine tribes and half the tribe of Manasseh.

The observant Bible student will recognize several of the places and peoples in bold print as reflecting many of those also specifically named in Psalm 83. And much of these territories named as Lebanon are now in fact part of modern-day western Syria.

Thus my long-held eschatological conclusion that Joshua 13, on the whole, is prophetic as it has never before occurred, and is directly related to Psalm 83.

  9. Sean,
This is what you said to me in one of your comments December 2:

"I find this imminent reality to be unconscionable.

    Time's up."

If it was unconscionable then, what is it 17 days later with another round of talks underway?

I just don't get what the Israelis think they are doing at all. They've waited way too long now!

    ReplyDelete
  10. Mark,

Yes, that comment was in SITREP B9-13 a little over two weeks ago.

The fact of the matter is that nothing has changed since then.

Iran as a "nuclear threshold state" is still an "imminent reality" that I find to be unconscionable.

However, this is no more of a problem than it was 17 days ago; it is the exact same problem.

Time is up and every day that passes is just one more day of additional borrowed time.

We all know where this is leading. The prophetic Word of God is quite clear about it.

I also said I would "continue to wait and watch," which is exactly what I am doing, calmly and resolutely, knowing full well that we are on God's time and that it will happen at the time He has appointed it to happen.

That's all there is to it.

  11. Sean,
Now they're saying the Iran talks will resume after Christmas.

The diplomats must be so scared now of Israeli action they won't even take the week off between Christmas and New Year's.

That "shelf life" and "borrowed time" you speak of has to run out sometime, right?

Frankly, I'm amazed this has gone on as long as it has already!

  12. Mark,

I think it'll happen when it happens and no one will see it coming beforehand.

The thing is, it could happen tomorrow or it could happen in another 5 months.

It appears as though Netanyahu is taking that tremendous risk.

    ReplyDelete
  13. It's still unfathomable to me that Israel could wait another 5 months.

I've already told people I thought it would happen by the end of the year and will stick with that until proven wrong.

  14. Mark,

Current and viable intelligence assessments are always made for revisions and all manner of updating based upon changing circumstances and/or new information.

Intelligence assessments are never, ever chiseled into stone.

So there are two thing you need to take into consideration at this point.

1.) Israel could very well stand down for another 5 months because they have already stood down for the past 5 years.

2.) With most of the Western world now fully prepped to celebrate Christmas Day in 48 hours or less and New Year's Day in 168 hours, I would assess that there is a less than ZERO percentage chance that (-0.01%) Israel will strike Iran during this period.

I would assess there is NO WAY Israel would plunge the world into the chaos of unrestrained warfare and terrorism during this time period by attacking Iran.

    Afterwards is a different story.

  15. Sean,
It's no secret that winter is the worst part of the year for an Israeli operation.

Isn't it therefore probable that at some point during the winter Iran will try to breakout and cross the finish line?

We all know it's coming at some point.

You mean like Operation Cast Lead of 27 December 2008 through 18 January 2009?

Or the IAF strikes into the Sudan which immediately followed in January and February 2009?

Or the major airstrike of January 2013 in the heart of al-Assad air defenses around Damascus, Syria?

Israel can send its land, sea and air forces into combat at any time of the year -- climate is no obstacle to them.

Other considerations might be an obstacle given certain circumstances, but those obstacles would be temporary at best.

Winter 2013-2014 began three days ago and will conclude on March 20, 2014.

  17. Speaking of the IDF and winter combat operations...

At this time the IDF is engaged in a land-air battle at three locations in Gaza against targets belonging to HAMAS and Islamic Jihad.

These engagements are the result of the murder of an IDF contractor today by a terrorist sniper in Gaza.

IDF says it is preparing for an escalation in these combat operations after five days non-stop violence coming out of Gaza since last Friday.
