| The Vision of Daniel 8 |
26 January 2023: This SITREP is a timely and necessary update and continuation of what was posted in Global SITREP E4-18 just over five years ago. It regards the vision given to Daniel and the interpretation of the vision by the angel Gabriel in chapter 8 of the Book of Daniel. Current events warrant an update.
Two days ago reliable media reports noted that two Iranian Navy vessels made a port call to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The Iranian port call, not coincidentally, comes after another stolen election, opposed most strenuously by the people, has just recently restored a leftist government in the South America nation.
The IRIS frigate Dena and the forward naval operations base IRIS Makran are scheduled to depart Rio on 30 January for the Panama Canal. The Panama Canal is a nautical choke point the same as the Strait of Hormuz and the Strait of Bab el-Mandeb at the southern end of the Red Sea. The IRIS Makran no doubt has an embarked force of IRGC marines as well as suicide drones and several helicopters.
Israel attacked a similar Iranian forward base ship, the IRIS Saviz, in 2021 as it was off the coast of Yemen. Another similar Iranian ship, the IRIS Lavan, serving as an IRGC forward base attacked a mocked-up replica of Israel's naval base at Eilat about three weeks ago with suicide drones. Missile attack against a mock-up of Israel Dimona nuclear complex also occurred in December 2022. Therefore, it is conceivable that these Iranian ship could pose a threat to not only the Panama Canal, but also to coastal targets in the southern United States. A direct and often promised Iranian retaliation for the U.S. military assassination of IRGC Quds Force commander MG Qasem Soleimani has yet to occurs. Ship with capabilities such as these, in proximity to US coastlines could attempt one or more retaliatory strikes.
As noted in the E4-18, this is about prophetic continuity. Again, in Daniel 8:17 the angel Gabriel informs Daniel that he was to understand "for at the time of the end shall be the vision." In verse 19 Gabriel also informs these last days are viewed in heaven as za'am, which conveys the meaning of the the Divine frothing at the mouth with rage and indignation, having fury in displeasure of the sins being committed on earth. I've not seen at any time previously a better characterization of the true meaning of "in that day of the wrath of God" than what Gabriel imparts in Daniel 8:19. The phrase "righteous indignation" has a much greater connotation than considered before now.
There are other factors to consider in the current situation, not the least of which are strikes against the Iranian nuclear program. As with many other things, such strikes could kick-start the vision Daniel was given for our present time.
As an addendum: A pitched battle between the IDF special forces and Islamic Jihad terrorists occurred this morning in Jenin. Many terrorists were "neutralized" in a sustained firefight. Israel is anticipating rocket fire from Gaza, and IDF paratroopers are reinforcing positions in Judea and Samaria. Iron Dome units are on alert. If hostilities do erupt on a greater scale, the new government in Israel is promising that its "full force" will be brought to bear on the enemy.
Watching for further developments.

Two salvos of terrorist rockets were fired at Israel from Gaza. The IDF's Aerial Defense Array dostroyed most, two fell harmlessly on open ground or within Gaza.

Israel holds HAMAS responsible for any/all attacks against Israel.
Jenin, as noted here previously, is a key cog in terrorist infrastructure within Israel. We may as well refer to Jenin as "Little Tehran" as it is certainly a proxy for IRGC Quds Force attacks against Israel. Therefore, it must be militarily neutralized by the IDF in a far more extensive operation.

ReplyDeleteOn Friday the Embassy of Azerbaijan was attacked. The attack was captured on security video system.
ReplyDeleteOn Saturday at least four targets across Iran were atracked via loitering munition drone strikes. The largest strike was against an ammunition plant in Isfahan which caused a tremendous fire and damage.
The US has categorically denied Israeli involvement. That leaves Azerbaijan as the executor of these strikes in retaliation for the attack on its embassy.
Israeli President Herzog is pleading with NATO to take a more forceful stance against the Iranian 12er regime.

The vision prophecy of Daniel 8 is for this generation.

For NATSEC Minister Ben-Gvir this response is tactically insufficient. He wants a terrorist leader targeted and killed for each and every rocket launched at Israel.
Eschatology Today immediately recognized that what Ben-Gvir wants is consistent with the Psalm 83 text written by the chozeh (prophet) Asaph 3,000 years ago.
Psalm 83:9-11 consigns the enemy leaders to death, that they may be as dung for the earth. (Midian, Sisera, Jabin, Oreb, Zeeb, Zebah and Zalmunna were all hunted down and slain.)
It was noted here that a return to Old Testament practices was coming. This is exactly what I was referring to, and here it is front and center before our cynical eyes.
Russia has directly threatened Israel should it even agree - much less actually provide - weapons to Ukraine.

I know it's popular to see the Abraham Accords as being some kind of framework for Daniel 9:27 but I disagree. Daniel 9:27 is explicitly stated to be for 7 years but none of these Abraham Accords as written so far has any expiration date or duration to them. They all continue on until someone decides to cancel them.

In context, Gabriel said this (bold for emphasis):
"...And the people of the prince who is to come
Shall destroy the city and the sanctuary.
The end of it shall be with a flood,
And till the end of the war desolations are determined.
Then he shall confirm a covenant with many for one week;
But in the middle of the week
he shall bring an end to sacrifice and offering.
Anti-christ confirms an already existent covenant among many, and the duration of the confirmation of this is 7 years (7 years of 360 days each year).
This tells us that a covenant between Israel and many other nations exists when he rises to power. Anti-christ does not create the covenant, he simply confirms it.
Moreover, the Hebrew word ×’ָּבַר gâbar, translated to English as confirm, in no sense or usage means to make or create.

Sean, when I read what you said about "confirming" the covenant I was blown away-given the Abraham Accords (and the B administrations opposition to it). To you point about Hebew definition, I am a bit confused as they seem to go in either direction. I am a KJV student and it reads "confirm. Definitions differ as follows:

Also, new video shows that the balloon's technical payload appears to have had self-destruct mechanisms activated as it separated from the tether. Several explosive flashes are visible as it descended. Corrosive salt water may make analysis of the payload components problematic.

China Joe just allowed one-third of the US nuclear triad to be closely surveilled, as were other sensitive sites across the entire continent. Same for Central American sites, including the Panama Canal. This was accomplished with the over-flight.
It will require CONTINENTAL U.S. combat readiness to preempt or dissuade action by the PRC, action like an invasion of Taiwan, or another massive Russian assault againt Ukraine, or against the West in general.

Bro. Sean - let us not forget the Cascadia fault offshore. The San Andreas system (more than one) is somewhat dwarfed by Cascadia. That one is wound like a spring and is really overdue as you say. I have an undistilled 'gut' feeling that these events are being sort of held back (restrained?) until after the Harpazo. I have no proof of this per se of course, just intuition. There is also the New Madrid 'internal' fault system centered around the MO bootheel, that is quite potent - and has been acting up a little. And of course, the Yellowstone Caldera..... Bro. Steve
