Global SITREP A9-13 : Prophetic Dominoes All Lined Up!

28 April 2013: Preparations have continued which were postulated in the Eschatology Today article of 7 March 2009 entitled "Prophetic Dominoes." Global SITREP A9-13 will basically constitute an comprehensive update for that article. Those now four-year old strategic preparations have progressed to a very advanced, ready-to-go, now-or-never stage. Only the back-and-forth in relations between the United States and Israel regarding how to deal with the Iranian nuclear problem over these past fours years has kept a preemptive strike simmering in the interim. At the present time it does appear that a strike will occur before the summer months of 2013 have made their passage from our calendars. 

A very recent weapons agreement between the US and Israel has all the earmarks of being a virtual hardware upgrade reward for Israel's patience with the U.S., E.U. and U.N. diplomatic application of sanctions against Iranian nuclear progress. This is a hardware upgrade of such state-of-the-art American-made weapons being injected into Israel's armory that the total real-world military dominance I believe is made evident in the Lord's prophetic word found Jeremiah 49, Isaiah 17 and Psalm 83 is now completely unambiguous.

One piece of the new hardware is the F-35 Lightning II Joint Strike stealth fighter (image above) which Israel will shortly begin building its combat squadrons around in replacing its aging F-16A Hawk models. Traditionally Israel gives its own name to its aircraft and the F-35 will be no different as it has been christened with the Hebrew name Adir meaning Great, but conveying a more 21st century meaning along the lines of Unrivaled Awesomeness,  which is an apt description of this aircraft's capabilities. Air superiority on steroids in other words. 

There is also another bit of hardware that was all but missed. It's so new that the usually weapons savvy Israeli publications like YNET and DEBKAfile didn't even notice it. YNET News.com even reported the exact opposite, headlining that no bunker busters were in this weapon agreement. (Oops, I hate when that happens!)  The New York Times reported it, but they even they played a low-key note in reporting it.  What is "it"?  It is the GBU-39A/B, which true to this weapons true capability passed straight through almost undetected in only being identified as "advanced focused munitions bombs" in the Times article on the arms deal.

Speaking of steroids, the GBU-39A/B is a flechette-on-steroids of high precision, high lethality, low-to-no-collateral damage aerial weapons.A dart of a bunker buster, if you will. This is the state-of-the-art weapon Israel could immediately deploy on its F-16I Sufa strike aircraft to hit nuclear related bunkers or human targets in downtown Tehran and barely disturb the person sleeping in the building next door. The US has had these weapons since 2008, and now, just five years later, Israel will get the GBU-39A/B too. 

The GBU-39A/B is light, only 285 pounds - but it has a high explosive (blast velocity = 5 miles per second) warhead that weighs 205 pounds. This bomb is more than 2/3rds high explosives. Makes a bad day for the bad guy his last day on earth no matter where he is hiding from a launch point that is 60 miles away - and that is well outside the range of most point air defense systems Iran or Syria possess. Additionally, this weapon's guidance system cannot be jammed or spoofed.

It is my own assessment that the North Korean nuclear test of 12 February 2013 was in-fact an Iranian test of a weapon with an HEU fissile core. A possible second test will confirm it.  Global SITREP A7-13 spoke to the strategic implications. More recent news articles have made clear with respect to the North Korean nuclear warhead test, and the new US military assessment regarding a missile-borne delivery system for that warhead, that Israel regards Iran as now having fully taken a stride over the red line it established in consultation with the United States. A strike on Iran looks as imminent as it ever did and Israel is more prepared than ever to deliver that strike.  Add to this the looming WMD situation in Syria and the conditions for a "perfect storm" in the Middle East to accelerate the toppling of prophetic dominoes are all too apparent.

Global SITREP A8-13: Terrorism Grabs the Obama Administration by the Throat

(CORRECTED) 15-19 April 2013: The events which played themselves out this week beginning with the massacre of innocent American runners and spectators at the Boston Marathon actually began one year ago, in 2010, when Tamerlan Tsarnaev traveled to the Russian Caucasus, most likely Chechnya, for 6 months of intensive terrorist training in urban combat operations.  Neither Tamerlan nor Dzhokhar Tsarnaev are ethnic Chechen. Both were born in Kyrgyzstan and therefore are ethnic Chechens of Kyrgyzstani nationality.

This is military combat training that the Chechen branch of Al Qaeda has been very adept at since they stopped the vaunted Russian Army dead in its tracks and forced them to retreat back out of the country between 1994 and 1996. The Chechen rebels had been highly trained Russian soldiers themselves prior to the collapse and breakup of the Soviet Union in 1991. This is how the so-called Chechen irregular forces out fought and  defeated the new and combat untested Russian Army conscripts in that First Chechen War. It was in that war where Islamic Jihad was first waged against a world power, and prevailed. 

Perhaps this knowledge will make sense to you on how the outrageous urban combat operations of the past two nights in Boston's suburbs not only came to pass, but were inevitable. And don't let your guard down just yet, the events of this week have served to inspire hundreds if not thousands of like-minded jihadists who seek America's death and destruction in the cause of the false god allah. This is why Palestinians in Gaza and Islamists all over the planet have been celebrating and treating each other to sweets - the unprecedented spectacle of full-blown islamic jihad of Lebanon, Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya and Syria has arrived on the streets and bedroom neighborhoods of America.

What is also unprecedented is that our own government, and I mean the chain-of-command to include President Obama, and the Department of Justice (DoJ) Attorney General Eric Holder, the Deputy Attorney General, the Director of the FBI and the DoJ National Security Division (NSD) have all of the blood spilt this week on their hands because they chose to ignore the specific foreign intelligence warning from Russia that Tamerlan Tsarnaev had become a radicalized Islamist in 2010 while living in the United States and that he planned to link up with and train for six months in Al Qaeda's Chechen training camp. According to the FBI Press Release of 19 April 2013, their check of various US Government databases in 2011 revealed no terrorist links for Tamerlan. Given what we know about Operation Fast and Furious and its anti-American objectives, should any of us be surprised at what has occurred over just the past three years with these radical leftists in complete control of our White House and our Government? Our government leadership has the blood spilled in Boston on its hands and they must be judged by We The People with the verdict to be handed down at the next national election if not sooner through impeachment proceedings.

It is well past time to take our Constitutional Republic back. So help us God.

UPDATE: The islamic attack on the Boston Marathon will be a long-term investigation. Right from the start you need to be informed that there is no difference between a "suspect" and a "person of interest" because a "person of interest" is merely politically correct speech. This political correctness stems from the fact that a lawsuit is less likely to be filed from a "person of interest" than it would be from someone besmirched as a "suspect" before the process of discovery in an investigation has fully run its course. 

The Boston Marathon attack investigation can not be complete without serious resources being put into investigating the very first "person of interest" identified in this attack: Abdul Rahman Ali AL-HARBI. Al-Harbi is Saudi Arabian national admitted into the United States on a student visa. He is a Wahhabi jihadist whose family is virtually synonymous with the emergence of Al Qaeda; a Saudi jihadist whose close relatives are among the elite of Al Qaeda along with the now deceased Osama bin Laden; a handful of whom are still among the living as enemy combatants in detention in Gitmo, Cuba at this very moment. He a jihadist to whom a very close relative can refer to the daughter of Ayman Al-Zawahri as his wife. 

Abdul Rahman Ali Al-Harbi was among the first to arrive in a Boston hospital with injuries suffered in the attack. He was that close to the action on Monday, 16 April 2013. So close, in fact, that his presence there warranted a special, unscheduled meeting between President Barack Hussein Obama and a Saudi Arabian Ambassador, a meeting which immediately preceded his official removal as a "person of interest" and the announcement of his deportation back to Saudi Arabia this coming Tuesday. He also received a visit in that Boston hospital by First Lady Michelle Obama the day after the attack.

Given the Al Qaeda terrorist credentials mentioned above, how on earth was this Saudi terrorist allowed entrance into these United States? Moreover, federal law enforcement knows this Saudi is connected to the Boston Marathon attack from the evidence collected during the raid on his apartment in Revere, Massachusetts. But instead of detention as an enemy combatant like his Saudi kinfolk, this little terrorist, a jihadist who was identified as a "national security threat" to the United States of America is to be sent home to his mama. But now the federal authorities won't say why he is being sent home to his mama. 

This must be a part of the new kinder, gentler federal program I've been hearing about, the Al Qaeda Terrorist Catch and Release Program. We know these things because there are American patriots who work in federal law enforcement and they could not keep silent about this betrayal of our country. Despite how you personally might feel about radio talk show host Glenn Beck, I would urge you to make every effort to listen to his program on your radio tomorrow morning.

Global SITREP A7-13

13 April 2013: UPDATE --  Because of this current untenable situation, it looks to me like the new paradigm I offered a glimpse of in Global SITREP A5-13 may take an unprecedented step forward. This unprecedented step will be one in which the People's Republic of China, acting on behalf of the community of nations represented and empowered by the authority of the United Nations, will act to seize control of North Korea's nuclear facilities and its missile forces. As we take leaps and bounds towards the 70th Week and the WMD wars that will precede it, an unprecedented step like this is not hard for someone like myself to conceive of as an imminent probability.

Prophecy will fulfill in this modern world exactly as it did in the ancient world; fulfilled Bible prophecy on this scale has always been a literal fulfillment due to the action of great nations wielding great power. The 'kings of the East' are integral to future prophetic fulfillments, and just as everything in the West is moving forward toward prophetic ends, so too are the things which must take place in the East moving forward toward those prophetic ends. The way forward is being prepared for the 'kings of the East.'


11 April 2013: At a public House Armed Services Committee hearing in Washington, D.C. just a very short time ago (within the past hour) Rep. Doug Lamborn (R-Colo.) revealed the unclassified portion of a brand new Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) intelligence assessment that North Korea has developed the capability to arm a ballistic missile with a miniaturized nuclear warhead. The new assessment holds this capability to be true at a level of "moderate confidence."

The only question held back on was the reliability of the warhead to survive re-entry and work as designed. That would hold true for long-range ICBMs; but the assessment would have a higher confidence level for intermediate and short range ballistic missiles.

If North Korea has achieved this capability, then so has Iran, and this is of great strategic significance, especially to Israel.

UPDATE: In order to understand the present situation we need to look at what I had written in the past as the Associate Director of the Northeast Intelligence Network in March 2005 and July 2008. The following is the blog version of the July 2008 article:

Terrorist Nuclear Weaponry: A Digitized Nightmare

In March 2005 I wrote an article entitled “Smoking Gun: Iran Already Nuclear Armed"  which dealt with the 2001 Iranian acquisition of six Russian-made KH-55 nuclear-capable cruise missiles from the inventory of the former Soviet Union. It was Colonel Hryhoriy Omelchenko of the Ukrainian State Secret Services (SBU) within the newly-elected Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko’s government that alerted the world. Details of the illegal transfer were confirmed by the middleman in the transfer, Dr. Sarfraz Haider, who was found murdered in Cyprus in 2004. An autopsy of Dr. Haider revealed that his neck had been broken and his aorta split. Dr. Haider was quoted in a February 2005 article in the Australian Herald-Sun newspaper as having stated prior to his murder, "What's the use of the missiles without them [warheads]?" The KH-55 cruise missiles were designed to carry a 200kT nuclear warhead to a target more than 1,860 miles away.

On Sunday we learned from the International Herald-Tribune that an advanced nuclear warhead design was discovered by American and IAEA investigators resident in the global network of computers belonging to Pakistani nuclear proliferation network engineer AQ Khan. The advanced design was verified as operational in tests conducted by Pakistan during May of 1998. Most disturbing about this discovery is the unknown number of copies which were made and distributed to any number of governments or terrorist organizations. It is also known that this advanced design included the digital coding necessary for automated machining of the parts for the warhead. All that is missing from this proven weapon design is the fissionable HEU (highly enriched uranium) core of the warhead. And what has the Islamic Republic of Iran been so relentlessly enriching in the clandestine nuclear weapons facilities in the face of feckless Western negotiations and ineffectual regime of sanctions? The fissionable HEU core for this nuclear warhead, of course.
Recall the brouhaha over the November 2007 NIE (National Intelligence Estimate) on Iranian nuclear progress. The big issue at the time was that Iran had halted its work on how to design and build a nuclear warhead way back in 2003. No wonder. The Iranian’s already had six KH-55 delivery systems to reverse engineer and upgrade and they very probably had AQ Khan’s proven, mass-production ready warhead design. What else could the Iranian’s possibly need?

Time.

All that Iran needed was time to manufacture the weapon delivery systems, the warheads and enriched HEU. That time has been provided them in abundance as the West failed to act in any meaningful way. Remember, we’re talking about an Iran which is the preeminent terrorist sponsoring state on the planet, an Iran whose Shi’a zealots desire an Armageddon scenario to hasten the arrival of their well-dwelling al-Mahdi, an Iran which has on more than one occasion pledged to annihilate Western civilization beginning with the United States, the United Kingdom and Israel.

Is there any question what hard assessment America and its allies must arrive at in very short order to preempt this digitized nuclear nightmare? We should hope not.

FACTS:

Any nation that has developed the capability to place a satellite in orbit has achieved the technical capability to hit another nation anywhere on the face of the earth with a nuclear weapon.

Iran and North Korea have both placed satellites into orbit. North Korea's KMS 3-2 satellite (NORAD Number 39026) is currently in a polar earth orbit at an altitude of approximately 513 miles as of this morning. Iran has been placing indigenous satellites into earth orbits since the Omid telecommunications and data processing satellite was launched February 2009.




Here's the bottom line as I pieced it together last evening during more research and dot-connecting:

• The miniaturized warhead referenced by the DIA assessment is almost certainly the same warhead that was proliferated to both Libya and IRAN by the AQ Khan Network via digitized blueprints and data sets.

• The warhead is a 2nd Generation Chinese HEU nuclear device which was covertly given to Pakistan in the late 1990s. Pakistan built and tested and validated the Chinese design in 1998; the warhead now sits on top of Pakistani ballistic missiles aimed at India.

• AQ Khan gave the design in digital blueprint form to Iran and Iran passed it to North Korea. They have obviously jointly produced the same Chinese warhead. This HEU warhead was successfully tested in North Korea on 12 FEB 2013, which is the start date for the current crisis.
  

What this means for Israel, as well as for South Korea, Japan and the US should be very obvious

The Validity of the Resurrection: Personified

There is simply no way to overemphasize the importance of the resurrection to the Christian faith, for the resurrection of Jesus is the Christian faith. Christianity stands or falls on the validity, the historical reality of the resurrection. The resurrection of Jesus is either the greatest event in the history of mankind, or it is the cruelest hoax that has ever been perpetrated. Which is it, truth or fantasy?

Transformed Lives Personify ItI will hasten to say that the greatest evidence of the resurrection of Jesus is not the empty tomb. It is something else. The greatest evidence of the resurrection in Scripture is to be seen in the transformed lives of Jesus' disciples. For within 50 days of His crucifixion, His disciples had been miraculously transformed from a defeated, frustrated, hopeless group of individuals into a confident band of Christian soldiers determined to win the world for their Lord.

Jesus' own brother James is a good example of what Dave is talking about. James did not believe in Jesus while He was alive. Yet after the resurrection, James became the leader of the Church in Jerusalem. Or consider Peter, who denied Jesus three times in a fit of cowardice. He began to proclaim boldly, Jesus Christ the Lord, even before the very Sanhedrin council that had condemned Jesus to death. And then there was a young Christian by the name of Stephen who was stoned to death because of his witness of Jesus. And let's not forget the most ruthless persecutor of the church, Saul of Tarsus. He became the greatest missionary in the history of the Church, all because he encountered the risen Lord on the road to Damascus.

And for what I consider to be the most convincing evidence of all, I have in mind the way in which peoples lives continue to be transformed today through their encounter with the living Jesus.

What about you? Have you met Jesus? Have you been born again by placing your faith in Him? Are you ready to face death without fear because you know you will spend eternity with God?

Salvation is to be found in a personal relationship with a living Savior. Jesus said that eternal life is knowing Him. You know, when one of Jesus' disciples named Thomas finally encountered Him after the resurrection, he cried out, "My Lord and my God." Jesus replied, "Because you have seen me you have believed. Blessed are those who have not seen and yet believe." I challenge you to believe in the risen Jesus. John 20:31 says that through belief in Jesus, you may have life in His name.

Global SITREP A6-13

"He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name." Revelation 13:16-17

31 March 2013: I'm sure we all recognize the above Scripture. It is the greatest detail given regarding the global financial system brought about by the second beast of Revelation 13, the False Prophet. In the economy of only the seven sentences therein that describe his origin, powers and activities during Israel's 70th Week. Those seven sentences describe in symbolic terminology his appearance as a benevolent religious figure whose very spoken word is with Satan's deceptive tongue.

The final two sentences describe the very real economic system he will impose upon all those within his power to impose it upon. However, in the sequence given of his activities on the earth I make note that this satanic 'mark of the beast' financial system follows his specific directive to mankind to construct the image of the Antichrist; its standing up in the Temple of God in Jerusalem, and his giving the image artificial life, a type of intelligible universal language and the supernatural power to kill those who refuse to worship itself. Also, as we all know, this is known as the Abomination of Desolation. By all exegesis of all passages of Scripture related to this event (Daniel and Jesus' Olivet Discourse) the time period for this is clearly in the middle of the 70th Week; this event defines the two 42  month halves of the 70th Week. Therefore it appears that the satanic 'mark of the beast' financial system goes operational for the final 42 months of the 70th Week.

Now let's look at those two sentences, verses sixteen and seventeen. It is noticeable in them that real currency, cash and coin, are not mentioned in the financial transactions that will be controlled, the routine buying and selling. Many who have written on this subject have pointed to the technology of a global cashless system. This global cashless system already exists today with a debit or credit card, which is basically nothing more than a magnetically digitized account number and an ID number selected by the user. A few years ago I converted US dollars into Australian dollars through a through a bank teller machine in a hotel lobby in Hobart, Tasmania from my bank about on the east coast of the USA. On the other, upside down half of planet earth from my perspective. All I needed was a card pulled out of my wallet. The same thing was done with US dollars and Euro currency. It's almost certainly true with any national currency conversion. The basis for a future system is in place, here today.

But hard currency presents a problem with traditional banks who all engage in what is known as fractional banking, which is a requirement for them to only keep a small fraction of the hard currency (Gold, silver and cash money) their customers deposit on hand for immediate withdrawals. As we have seen in cities all over Europe, in Greece especially, and most recently in Cyprus where European Union economic policies nearly brought down the financial house of cards and caused a run on hard currency bank deposits. Controlling these runs is known as "capital control" for a stressed financial system. So what's a banking system to do to solve this problem and prevent it from occurring in the future when the big globalist bank comes to seize hard currency assets in return for bailouts in a globally stressed financial system? I think it is obvious, they convert to a completely cyber-based monetary system, a currency that is based in ones and zeros of computer language, simple ethereal bits and bytes of data. Cybernetic money or cybermoney in other words.

One form of this cybermoney already exists. It is called Bitcoin Virtual Currency. Bitcoin for short. There's an artistic representation of Bitcoin in the image above. It is the world's first "decentralized digital currency." It's just four years old and is not tied to any of the world's leading currencies, but it can be used to buy and sell any real-world goods or services that exists. Your virtual bitcoin cybermoney is carried around by you in your virtual online wallet that is secured by public-key encryption. So, anywhere you go your online wallet is with you; you cannot leave it on the top of your dresser in the morning, or in your vehicle - it's wherever you are. Who doesn't have a smart phone or similar device? Who leaves the house or apartment without one of these marvels of technology? There's your access point to your bitcoin cybermoney, 24/7/365. 

All that is required is a global activation key. A global enabling 'mark' that logs you into the system. Without the 'mark' you have no 'logged in' access, no bitcoin with which to by or sell. That isn't some futuristic science fiction brothers and sisters, it's here now and it's growing. And we know from the Word of God where it's going and the damnation that will come upon all who agree to accept its operational 'mark.'

Does there exist a financial bridge from where we are today to where we will likely be tomorrow?  Yes, and it is explained in this article published today at Canada Free Press.

Global SITREP A5-13

"And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy. And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority. And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast. And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, 'Who is like unto the beast? Who is able to make war with him?'" Revelation 13:1-4

31 March 2013: I certainly hope that this will not be the first time that you have read something which links the global institution of the United Nations with the military power of the first beast of Revelation 13. I've had this eschatological thought percolating in the back of my mind as a 15-year old in 1969, from the first time I read the Bible's prophetic accounts of the coming beasts global military power. 'How could one Satanically empowered man wield such power from his base in central Mediterranean Europe," I silently questioned myself, "the days of European colonial power are gone forever, never to return." Back then America was Europe's defender and champion, World War II had ended just twenty-five years previously and only the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics could pose a serious challenge to American global military power. But that was then, and this is now and the global military power paradigm has certainly changed. The prophetic players of the Book of Daniel and of Revelation are coming much, much more clearly into view as we get closer to the arrival of Israel's 70th Week, and in particular, the first 42 months of that week of years.

In the past couple of weeks the history of the Korean conflict has been front and center and that brought me back to how the United Nations could be the vehicle by which the Antichrist might exert positive control over the world's military forces from his base in the West. I remembered that the Korean War was not just a war between the military forces of South Korea and the U.S. versus North Korea and the People's Republic of China, but between the armed forces of the whole of the United Nations versus North Korea and the People's Republic of China, or more correctly, U.N. Security Council Resolution 84 versus North Korea and the People's Republic of China. Again, that was then, this is now, and a new paradigm is at play.

Back then the People's Republic wasn't part of the U.N.'s on-call military forces, Taiwanese China held that UN Security Council seat. And at this time the People's Republic of China, with its rapidly growing conventional and nuclear military capabilities is a major player. Back then it was inconceivable that "Red China" would ever place its armed forces at the United Nations disposal; they were enemies right? Wrong. The Chinese of today are an integral if not a key part of the United Nations ability to deploy "peace keepers" (i.e. combat forces) in any global hotspot. A hotspot like Cyprus, for example.

Did you know that troops from the People's Republic of China wearing UN blue berets are deployed on the line between Greek and Turkish military forces on the financial basket case of Cyprus. Again, Red Chinese troops are keeping NATO allies Greece and Turkey separated from each other on Cyprus. In fact, the commander of the U.N. military mission on Cyprus is Major General Chao Liu of the People's Liberation Army, and the U.N. forces he commands there are primarily Chinese, and this is how the Chinese are learning how to deploy a military force far from home at the direction of the United Nations. 

So, going forward into the future, at a minimum looking at the first 42 months of the 70th Week when the whole world will be under the sway and in awe of a satanically empowered beast from the sea of gentile nations, who will be able to make war with him who will have the ability to control United Nations Security Council permanent member nations and their world-class military forces at that time? Food for eschatological thought, no?  Keep in mind that those 'kings of the East' and the 'king of the North' will not be militarily aligned against the Antichrist until some point in the second 42 months of the 70th Week as I would say can be seen in Daniel 11:44. That time looks to be after the breaking of the "covenant among many" and the Abomination of Desolation.

25 March 2013: Yesterday's viral reports on Bashar al-Assad's assassination originated with Sunni Arab media.

Most are saying the event occurred during the evening of Saturday, 23 March when an Iranian bodyguard fired multiple shots. 

Reports are that he is either dead or very seriously wounded and that he was taken to Shami Hospital in Damascus. Some Israeli media are confirming these reports, others are denying the reports are accurate. 

It seems to boil down to Assad's enemies claiming he's dead or seriously wounded, and his allies are saying these rumors are not true.

This may be a disinformation campaign ahead of a Sunni rebel offensive intended to demoralize his army because Bashar al-Assad and his regime is the bottom line of what they are fighting to defend.

I tend to believe this is disinformation that is designed to offset serious problems with the rebel factions. I do not believe the US-backed FSA leader Moaz Khatib would have resigned yesterday were the Assad assassination or serious wounding true.

Similarly, the Lebanese government under the Hezbollah-puppet Najib Mikati might not have collapsed this weekend either.

One thing I am reasonably sure of is that the entire situation in both Syria and in Lebanon is in the process of literally disintegrating and turning into uncontrollable chaos. Without some type of foreign intervention or stabilizing factor there is an unprecedented catastrophe in the making at the present time.
