Global SITREP D1-19: Is Trump's "Deal of the Century" a Division of the Land or Not?

18 September 2019: The Lord has pointed something out that should not have been missed in the first place. And it took this repeat Israeli election to get the point across. It's really pretty simple too, so a slap upside the head for not realizing this sooner.

Israel at this time is a divided state. Divided between secular sides of the political right and political left. Divided between the religious sects and the no-so-much religious sects. There's also a divide along racial lines as Ethiopian Jews fled the Likud-voting block because of treatment they say they receive from their fellow Likudites. So, not much has changed for the Jews since they were last in the land a couple thousand years ago, right?

Well, almost right. Israel was united when the Lord began to bring them back from the diaspora, Europe in particular. They came from different European countries, speaking different languages (English, French, German, Polish, Russian, etc. etc.) and had to resurrect Hebrew as their new re-born language as a center of gravity for a newly reborn country in fulfillment of Isaiah 66:8 and also explicitly literal as prophesied in Isaiah 60:8-9. And then politics got in the way, secularism got in the way, and the Jews who claim to worship the same YHWH began to quarrel and bicker about how the new country would be governed.

So, here we are, the Bride of Christ, looking for the promised fulfillments of the ancient Hebrew prophets texts, and assuming many things (guilty as charged), and in so doing missing what the Lord has said. And this thing He has said was said through almost all of the ancient prophets: Ezekiel, Isaiah, Jeremiah, just name them all! They all pretty much repeat the theme of Aliyah, meaning to ascend up to His mount in Jerusalem, and in particular to ascend to Jerusalem for the major Feasts appointed by the Lord for them to observe. To ascend the mount to the Temple.

Is this not the central theme of a key prophetic chapter Eschatology Today has been highlighting of late Isaiah 11? (Jeremiah 49 repeats this!) Look at verse 11. Is this not the second (and final) regathering of His people back to the land from the four corners of the earth" (Jeremiah 23:3) and has it not been fulfilled absolutely in the most literal sense? (Yes, it has!) And this second regathering has been of the descendants of both ancient Israel and Judah, and figuratively, those making this Aliyah, are just as literally Judah and Ephraim, and they would become one people again. Is this the Israel we see today?

And that's the point, for to literally fulfill Isaiah 11:14, Israel will have to dispense with all the political bickering and divisions and truly become one nation under God. So, if Eschatology Today is correctly understanding what the Lord is pointing out, then a great revival of all Israel will soon have to take place. And now is that time for that to happen as Psalm 102:13 declares. And this is what may be the as yet unseen result of yesterday's election in Israel. God is in control; He will make it happen. 

15 September 2019: Above is the map of Judea and Samaria released early this morning (15SEP19) by Naftali Bennet and his Yamina Party which alleged to depict a division of the land as part of the Trump Administration's "Deal of the Century (DoC)." 

In this map the dark blue to the left represents the Jordan River Valley to be annexed directly by Israel after the Tuesday (17 September) election and assuming a Likud victory for PM/DM Bibi Netanyahu. The black area is to be the "Palestinian" state with islands of white within it representing settlements and urban areas also to be annexed to Israel as sovereign. Also clear in this map is a further division in the center of the "Palestinian" area making a the proposed "Palestinian" state roughly divided into two halves, with at least seven additional enclaves located within the would-be "Palestinian" state.

On the face of it, it occurs to Eschatology Today, that the PA would never accept such a "DoC" as this map protends it to be. War is inevitable according to Bible prophecy, but implementation of this map would guarantee it.

So, it's not surprising this morning that Likud and an anonymous U.S. official are ripping the publication of this map as "Fake News." This is a strange accusation to make because Netanyahu had said in very recent days all of these white areas would be part of the Trump "DoC" and essential to Israel's future security requirements. Quoting PM Netanyahu according to the Jerusalem Post, “The application of Israeli sovereignty will be to all the settlements in Judea and Samaria, including the blocs and the territory outside of the blocs, and other areas that are essential to our security and our heritage - these things will be part of [Trump’s] Deal of the Century, which will come out very soon after the elections."

It may be that Bennet and the Yamina Party have preemptively cut Netanyahu and Likud to the quick, or it is yet another last-minute twist and turn in a series of twists and turns as secular Israel struggles with all of the pressures surrounding it these days. Also, a major military operation in Gaza to effect a HAMAS regime change remains an active plan as both Strategic Affairs Minister Gilad Erdan and PM/DM Netanyahu stated a couple of days ago, with Erdan adding the coming Gaza operation was a necessity.

It is no exaggeration to say that Eschatology Today is watching more irons in the proverbial fire than can be accurately counted at this time.

Global SITREP D8-18: Netanyahu Stops Gaza War to Reassess (The Reconquest of Gaza)

BREAKING NEWS UPDATE 21 November 2018: The military reassessment that commenced following the sudden Gaza ceasefire of a week ago, and DM Avigdor Lieberman's sudden resignation, appears to have been completed by PM Netanyahu and his security cabinet. According to public comments made by Gilad Erdan (MK Likud, Ministry of Public Safety, Strategic Affairs and Minister of Information) Israel intends to very soon invade and re-occupy parts to all of Gaza, and in so doing complete the total destruction of HAMAS, Palestinian Islamic Jihad and all terrorist infrastructure within the confines of Gaza.

18 November 2018: The immediate crisis to the longevity of the Israeli government has been avoided. Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu is now also Israeli Defense Minister Netanyahu. There will not be any early elections to form a new government either, elections at this time would be "irresponsible." 

Why? Eschatology Today assesses that the incredibly daring IDF Special Operations Forces (SOF) mission into Gaza, which was the lead-in to the fighting of last week, achieved much more than killing a squad of HAMAS militants. The mission was executed based upon special intelligence and the infiltrated team clearly discovered something, very probably a game-changing something. Something which, for the time being at least, is highly classified due to its national security implications for southern and possible most of central Israel.

This critical something would explain the massive response from HAMAS and Islamic Jihad's missile barrage. We know know that new types of missiles made in Iran have been smuggled into Gaza; one or more of them were used last week. These are the short-range Iranian Falagh-1 and Falagh-2 missiles which saw widespread deployment in combat within Syria and Iraq in the past 4 or 5 years. A suspected variant of these missiles, which normally are tipped with high explosive warheads, has been linked to a chemical attack in Ghouta, Syria.

The larger and likely dire implications of what the IDF SOF mission discovered in Gaza can largely be inferred, and in all probability are a likely causation for the acceptance of the crisis-creating ceasefire of last week. The implications, obviously national security implications, are also clearly evident in the address PM/DM Netanyahu made to all of Israel today. The spectre of chemical weapons existing in Gaza for use against Israel would be enough for any government to stop, take a step back from a major incursion to reassess and begin new planning based upon the newly collected intelligence. The recent threats by HAMAS that Tel Aviv will receive its missiles in the next round also takes on new and critical importance. Hence the new title for this SITREP.

14 November 2018: Israel is nearly surrounded on all sides by enemies; only the coastline of the Mediterranean Sea presents a peaceful frontier to the Jewish state. 

This is perhaps the reasoning PM Netanyahu has a globalist policy guiding his leadership at the present time. Netanyahu wants the acceptance of Israel as an equal among the European nations where virulent anti-Israel sentiment is far greater than any other region on the planet save for the Islamic Republic of Iran and its allies. Netanyahu is also dead-set upon achieving a similar acceptance of Israel among the Arab nations of the Arabian peninsula. And he also wants Russia to support Israel's military effort to rid all of Syria of forward deployed Iranian military forces. An uninformed observer might think Bibi Netanyahu is offering himself as a candidate for the role of Moshiach ben Yosef.

Nothing can be permitted to bring Netanyahu's globalist policy to ruins: not the nearly 500 rockets fired from Gaza in the first two days of this week, and not the tens of thousands of Israeli citizens in the southern reaches of the country whom those missiles and other pyrotechnical devices were deliberately selected as living targets to be continually terrorized. 

Not even the governing coalition and security cabinet that Netanyahu himself cobbled together can be allowed to continue; as of sunrise today the government itself has been allowed to crumble and commencing with the resignation of Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman. This is how Netanyahu's globalist policy protects the terrorists of HAMAS and Islamic Jihad in Gaza more than it does the Israeli citizens the Prime Minister swore to protect.

Yet, since the LORD God is in complete control, and Israel itself being His inerrant timepiece, these current circumstances must be seen as integral to His inerrant plan for the inevitable redemption of all Israel, possibly even acting as a catalyst moving forward to that day.

Among the final words of Avigdor Lieberman as Israel's Defense Minister were these: "Israel is buying short-term quiet, with the price being severe long-term damage to national security." Eschatology Today agrees, mostly due to the understanding provided by Bible prophecy, and secondly, due to the common sense reality that has been created by the ceasefire with HAMAS and Islamic Jihad. The enemies of Israel have been emboldened which ensures larger more destructive wars will follow in relatively short order.

🔺 15 February 2017: A couple of items actually.

1. President Trump and Special MidEast Envoy Jared Kushner will meet today in the White House with Israel PM Bibi Netanyahu. This meeting will set the tone if not the entire United States-Israel agenda for the foreseeable future. Settlements, the US Embassy and direct Israeli-PA negotiations with Kushner acting as the good offices mediator are probably key issues for the discussions.

2. Do your best to ignore the media frenzy regarding Trump and Putin or US and Russia issues. Most of what comes from the corporate media is openly hostile disinformation (i.e. Fake News) because since January 20th the Trump Administration has given them a well-deserved cold shoulder since they adopted the openly hostile adversary role many months ago.  Recommended exceptions to most corporate media reporting are the highly reliable Washington Free Beacon, The Independent (UK), and FoxNews.

Global SITREP A7-17: The Covenant of Democratic Nations

The angel Gabriel and Daniel - 70 Weeks Prophecy

UPDATED 8 February 2016: In John 5:43 Jesus was speaking truth to the Jews who sought to kill Him, when He informed them of an ultimate truth: "I have come in My Father’s name, and you do not receive Me; if another comes in his own name, him you will receive."  If I have referred to this verse once here, I have referred to it more than a dozen times as Jesus' prophesying to the Jews about their future acceptance of the Antichrist as an impostor of Himself. Here we have Jesus, born a Jew, speaking to the Jews who want to kill Him. He is making a direct comparison of His coming, standing before them in the flesh, with respect to the future coming of an impostor, also a Jew.  In the 70th Week a great many of the Jews in Israel will, for approximately the first 42 months, receive Antichrist believing him to be their expected Moshiach ben David.

The angel Gabriel also prophesied this to Daniel, which we read in Daniel 8:23-26. But Daniel did not understand this prophecy, it caused him to faint and he was sick for days, yet eventually going about his duties thereafter for Babylonian King Belshazzar. Within a year Belshazzar is overthrown and his kingdom overtaken by the Kingdom of the Medes and Persians, and it is in the first year of Darius, the son of Xerxes, that Daniel tells us he understood Jeremiah's prophecy about the 70 years of desolations of Jerusalem. And after fervent supplications and prayer to the LORD God Daniel again is visited by the angel Gabriel who has come to give him understanding of the previous vision. Gabriel goes beyond this and delivers the incredible 70 Week prophecy of Daniel 9:24-27.

In verse 27 Gabriel informs that the prince of the people who would destroy the city and in the sanctuary (fulfilled by Rome in 70 AD) would begin his short reign by confirming a covenant among many for one week of seven years. To circle back for one moment, this prince is the one Jesus said would come in his own name and be accepted by the Jews...as a messiah, or Moshiach ben David, the impostor of Jesus Christ. So, what we get from all of this is that this impostor, this false Christ, this Antichrist, is a Jew who comes from the West.

In these last days, and given the vitriol that Israel suffers ad nauseum year after year from the Israel-hating United Nations, what would the chances be that Israel will accept a great leader from the U.N. as their Moshiach ben David and accept a seven-year covenant as confirmed by him?  I would think the chances of that happening are quite possibly two-fold: slim and none. 

If my thinking on this is correct, then this future "Roman" prince will have to come from among Israel's friends, allies actually, and to be accepted by Jews as being Moshiach ben David in the flesh he would have to be genetically a son of Judah. Interestingly enough, since the U.N. Security Council voted Resolution 2334 into existence as international law that denies Israel its sovereignty, a movement began within days of that now infamous vote to fix that which is clearly broken and unacceptable any longer as a democratic institution.

That movement, (hat tip to Gail H.) is being referred to as a "Covenant of Democratic Nations."  An article titled "Replacing the UN with the Covenant of Democratic Nations" was written by Edwin Black  was published the The Times of Israel on Monday 30 January.  And here is the Home Page for the new organization with everything anyone would want to know about it. It's worth keeping an eye on this developing from within the United States Congress, and considering President Trump's rhetoric about defunding the United Nations of American tax dollars. The published Declaration of Principles.pdf is well worth your attention also.

Update 10 February 2017: Adjacent to the above effort is another coming from within the Trump Administration itself, and which places the prominent role of "Special Envoy to the Middle East" squarely upon the shoulders of President Trump's son-in-law, Jared Kushner. Jared Kushner, as most folks know by now, is an Orthodox Jew. 

The effort Kushner now believes has high potential is one that Benjamin Netanyahu also has high hopes of seeing bear fruit, and involves "a regional framework", a regional covenant in other words, under US auspices that joins together Israel, and Sunni Arab nations such as Egypt, Saudi Arabia and perhaps Jordan, as leverage to bring the Palestinian Authority to the negotiation table - without preconditions - to resolve differences and seek the ever elusive final peace agreement. PM Netanyahu will meet with the Trump Administration next week and there is no doubt this effort will be moved forward.

Global SITREP B7-15: Israel's Electorate Gives a Resounding Win to Likud and Bibi; A Resounding Defeat for Obama and his V15!

17 March 2015: Exit polling data is now clearly showing that Likud led by Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu has achieved an substantial electoral victory by what may turn out to be a 9, 10 or more seat margin once today's ballots cast by conservatives, religious parties and the IDF are tallied in full.  It does appear just one hour after Israeli polls closed that the blatant interference run in Israel's national election by Barack Obama, the U.S. State Department and their Victory 15 (V15) operatives has fully backfired and cost the leftist Labor and Hatnua coalition any chance of electoral success.

18 March 2015: With about 99% of the ballots now counted Likud has attained a 6 seat majority, 30 seats total, over the Zionist Union in the election for the 20th Knesset. Welcome Back Bibi!  The conservative, nationalist and religious block led by Likud will easily attain the required 61 seats in the 120 seat Knesset. 


I would like to be very clear: This electoral victory was not a miracle, not by any means. This electoral victory was the manifest will of God Almighty!   

So, with the election over and a nationalist-religious coalition arranging itself to assume power, what's next for Bibi Netanyahu? Taking stock, Bibi is without question the most important national leader of any free nation in the world since Winston Churchill; he is now the longest-serving Prime Minister in the history of modern Israel, as well as a leader who is obviously as feared by his foreign and domestic enemies as was our own President Ronald Reagan. Most importantly, Bibi Netanyahu is man who has been precisely placed in time and place by the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob; he is the first man I have seen in the past six years to directly confront Barack Hussein Obama and tell forcefully him in no uncertain terms a resounding "No!" and then come to the American Congress to explain why his no means no.  

So, the question that occurs now is, what is next for Bibi Netanyahu?

I believe that the answer is without question Bibi Netanyahu has been hand-picked by God to lead Israel through the coming prophetic wars in the run-up to Israel's prophetic 70th Week. This is an awesome responsibility and something I believe led Bibi to go to the Western Wall accompanied by his wife Sara in a follow-up to the visit he made at the wall just prior to departing Israel for his speech to the American Congress. We all know what Bibi said in that speech. We all take him at his word, and so should his enemies. 

I believe this is a new Bibi Netanyahu, and he will be the Israeli Prime Minister who will not hesitate to direct his generals to confront Israel's existential enemies near and far; he will be the Israeli Prime Minister who says "No!" to the creation of a "Palestinian" state that would be utterly incapable of honoring any commitments to peace, safety and security to the people of Israel. 

I believe the Israel that will exist in four years of Bibi Netanyahu's leadership, guided by the hand of God, will far, far surpass the Israel that exists today in ways that will astound the world. If you are an investor, now would be a good time to commence large-scale investments in Israel for the gains to be made are quite literally prophetic. And its all for the glory of God.

One more thing. Pay no heed to Obama or his administration's toadies and lackeys, nor the Arab League emir Elaraby and other thoroughly deluded Muslims. The statements regarding "no sovereign Palestinian state" in the West Bank were not idle electioneering slogans designed to draw extra last-minute votes; it was instead the incoming Netanyahu nationalist government's advance statement regarding a new policy. The one-state solution is the only solution because it is the solution God has foreordained through His prophets. Read: Deuteronomy 30:7; Psalm 83; Isaiah 11:14; Ezekiel 28:24-26; Joshua 13; and Ezekiel 38/39.

Memo to Bibi: NUTS! is the Word

Update: 09 January 2014: It was just announced that 85-year old Ariel Sharon has died.

02 January 2014: Dear Bibi, when you find yourself in the situation as the image above depicts, and  the American Secretary of State John Kerry suggests to you that Israel must surrender to your enemies virtually all of Judea, Samaria as well as the eastern half of Jerusalem, please, please remember to reply to him: EHGOH'ZEEM! 

If he should ask you what that word means in English, tell him, "Mr. Secretary, it is the same response U.S. Army Brigadier General Anthony McAuliffe gave to the German Wehrmacht Lieutenant General Heinrich Freiherr von Lüttwitz at Bastogne during the Battle of the Bulge."

As a response, we already know it's "pretty tough to beat" and is as American as apple pie. Surely Mr. Kerry and his boss will understand you most unambiguously.

I fear that should you fail to respond in such a manner and surrender even more of what God has given Israel, you will end up in the same situation as former PM Ariel Sharon found himself eight years ago after he surrendered Gaza to the enemy.

Global SITREP B1-13: Reliving Daniel 11 in Preparation for Daniel 12

29 September 2013: We have all just lived through a series of events during August and September 2013 that almost defy description. If my analysis of these events is correct, then we will have all been eyewitnesses to international travesty and conspiracy of Biblical prophetic proportions whether we all realize it or not. It is, in some sense, as if we are reliving the prophetic text of Daniel 11which prepare the way for the prophetic text of Daniel 12 which is without question about the 70th Week. 

Once verse which immediately came to mind in the midst of the recent G20 Summit reflects the text of Daniel 11:27 as far as what transpired between the President of the United States Barack Obama and the Russian Federation President Vladimir Putin:

"Both these kings’ hearts shall be bent on evil, and they shall speak lies at the same table; but it shall not prosper, for the end will still be at the appointed time."

On the surface the text Daniel 11 is clearly about prophecies the series wars that occur between the two great empires of the Middle East, the Macedonian-Greek Seleucid Empire and the Macedonian Greek Ptolemaic Empire. However, the subtext, the foreshadowing text is about the conditions and events that precede the arrival of the future Antichrist of the 70th Week. This is clearly evident because it is within this text that the forerunner Antichrist, Antiochus IV Epiphanes, is introduced to us along with all of the international intrigue and conflict which preceded his arrival. 

It was during the classical historical period of the late 4th Century BC to the early 1st century BC that world events developed which fulfilled the bulk of the prophecies found in the Book of Daniel, many of them directly from the mouth of the angel Gabriel. When it comes to authority, Gabriel is an angel who stands in the presence of God when he is in Heaven. He literally transmits the word and will of God to human beings. It is during this so-called classical period of human history that the Babylonian Empire was overtaken by the Medo-Persian Empire, which in turn was overtaken by the Macedonian-Greek Empire, which was divided into four parts and was then absorbed piece by piece by the final world empire of Rome explicitly as prophesied in Daniel, and completed by the prophesies in The Revelation of Jesus Christ. 

It is during the final century of this period that geo-political events, particularly rampant wars and the absorption of entire nations into a known-world empire, occurred at a rapid pace, so much so that the map of the Mediterranean and Middle East of 1 AD greatly resembles the current map and military dynamic of the same region of the Eastern Hemisphere. There is much to be learned by just looking at the maps of the Eastern Hemisphere between the 4th Century and 1st Century BC.

Given that we are now living in the last days prior to the advent of the 70th Week, I think we can look to Daniel 11 as the foreshadowing of the time in which we are currently living; it is the time immediately preceding the arrival of the Antichrist, and the events between this day are preparing the way for his arrival. My view is that this is not prophetic stage-setting per se, this actually is the fulfillment of already existent prophetic templates found in Daniel.

A brief re-cap of current events shows us that in early August President Obama went from a very public snubbing of President Putin by refusing to meet with him at a Moscow Summit (see: SITREP A18-13) to the face-to-face meeting that I forecast would occur during the G20 Summit in St. Petersburg, Russia. This meeting happened at St. Petersburg Konstantin Palace and it had all of the overtly evidence marks of a grand performance, a charade, where the visitor pretended power and the host knew he was flexible in such a manner that he would cave-in climactic fashion within mere days later. 

After all the naval drama on the high seas of the Eastern Mediterranean and the bellicose threats of unilaterally and without Congressional approval in an exercise of not-quite-so-crushing military power upon Vladimir Putin's Syrian ally and his in-country Persian and Lebanese Shi'a allies, Obama did indeed fold like a cheap camera in the face of pure evil, all the while still embracing the equally and purely evil desires of Sunni jihadism in Syria. This, my brothers and sisters, is the kind of "flexibility" that President Obama told former Russian President Dimitry Medvedev in March 2012 that he would have after the November 2012 election. This "flexibility" took us from the apparent brink of a regional war over WMD in Syria a couple of weeks ago to acceptance of Syrian WMD as well as a nuclear-armed Iran. 

All of this has left Israel holding the proverbial bag. A week or so ago I might have needed someone to tell me this was not President Obama's intent all along; that this kind of crisis-to-resolution-to-crisis behavior has not occurred repeatedly during his tenure irregardless if the crisis is between himself and President Putin, Syria's President Bashar al-Assad, Israeli PM Bibi Netanyahu, Egyptian President Hosni Murbarak or even the U.S. Congress. 

In seeking the Lord's Word on what is going on these days it's been made very clear that these things must take place, that we are not to fear them, and "the end' is not yet. We're living in the modern part of the Daniel 11 foreshadowing and the imminent fulfillment of existent prophetic templates on the road to the 70th Week. Stay tuned... the concluding prophetic paragraphs are something to behold, and this is why I believe we are still here as witnesses of them.

Timing of Iran Strike

22 August 2012:  I would assess that a decision by Israeli PM Netanyahu to launch a preemptive strike against the Iranian nuclear weapons program before the US election on November 6, 2012 will boil down to the final two 7-day optimum windows of low observability: 13-19 September and 11-18 October 2012.

Collecting and Connecting the Nuclear Dots

09 September 2009: Israel Nation News (IsraelNN.com) reports today "The United States has confirmed long-time Israeli intelligence reports that Iran is close to achieving the ability to produce a nuclear bomb. Less than a year ago, American intelligence officials dismissed Israeli claims as inaccurate."

While most of us do not believe this to be new news, the report constitutes a significant and curious admission coming from the socialist Obama administration. However, what I find to be a more significant revelation in this report is the tacit admission that the Obama administration's policy of engagement with the Islamic Republic of Iran over its nuclear weapons program is an abject failure. Again, not new news for most of us, but interesting nonetheless.

And to those who've paid attention to the Northeast Intelligence Network's investigation of the faux Russian rescue of the covert cargo smuggling MV Arctic Sea, there is another tidbit of interest to note within this INN report:

"In what may be a related matter, Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu reportedly flew to Russia on Tuesday on a secret mission, apparently over Russian arms deals with Iran and Syria."

Hmmm. Interesting, no? I certainly think it is when one considers that PM Netanyahu and his security cabinet were briefed during an afternoon visit to Mossad HQ by Meir Dagan and his intelligence officers on Monday. Bottom line: within hours of the Mossad briefing Netanyahu is on a plane to Moscow for a secret meeting with Vladimir Putin. Add to this the fact that one month ago, in early August, PM Netanyahu visited the Dimona nuclear research facility along with Dan Meridor, the cabinet minister in charge of overseeing intelligence and nuclear research issues.

And what is the nexus of all these things? The nuclear weapons program of the Islamic Republic of Iran and Russia's supporting role. What might happen within the next 30 days or sooner should not be "news" to anyone, especially if you're collecting and connecting the continuing series of dots like these.
